DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! Better not get in here. My story: I was admitted with acute food poisoning (by ambulance) with repeated vomiting, nausea, diarrhea and dizziness, pulse 110) on Saturday morning (Saturday was a working day). We examined it. BUT no one took any tests at admission. When checking into the department, the smears stuck (as it later became known, the final diagnosis is made by smears, and the smears arrive on the 5th day) Treatment: immediately upon check-in, a Ringer IV was placed in the room, one per liter (it was given to almost everyone, as it turned out) and given three times a day after each meal, the temperature rose to 37.8 after the IV (they gave paracetamol). Nausea and diarrhea continued all night, the temperature jumped from 37.2 to 38 (no one will give you a thermometer if you have a fever, because they are in short supply, wait for the temperature to be measured after 6 hours, if you feel the temperature, then go to the post or call a nurse). On the morning of the second day, blood tests were taken at this institution and the doctor on duty came. Of the symptoms, there was a very severe abdominal pain and a temperature of 37.4. The doctor said that they would cure (they brought a diaper for breakfast and put an IV with saline solution and a diaper). All they're going to do is feed you with a crowd. I had a terrible stomach ache and drank 3 pills + a cough suppressant + a fever, to which I was offered an antispasmodic injection (but no one gave me anything absorbing, relieving intoxication, or restoring intestinal microflora, they just fed me pills) On the third day, I checked out on my own, because there's no point in being there! Conclusions: Treatment: there is no treatment, they will be fed with a crowd and if they are lucky. They may offer a cardiogram, paracetamol, or a saline drip (and if you're hoping for FGDS or a colonoscopy, they won't either (you'll have to wait 1.5 weeks and they'll take you to a nearby institution)). When I was discharged, the list of medications that I was given included a drug that I was not given. Conclusion: if you feel extremely ill from acute poisoning, consider whether it is worth going to this medical institution, because no one will help you here and everything depends on the strength of your body.

And here it's like in a sanatorium. The food is excellent, the rooms are clean, cozy, although they do not let you out on the street, but the medical staff is tolerant, friendly!!!
