He shouts at visitors and is rude. Moreover, from the conversations in the queue, I was not the only such victim there. Initially, she wanted to demand a book of complaints, but decided that let her life punish her.
The only thing I can give 5 stars for is the head of the medical examination room and her assistant. They are very courteous and polite. Perhaps after visiting their office, she decided not to write a complaint against their subordinate.
