We stopped with a friend at Vagan and Galina. Having considered different options, I came to this decision, firstly because of the fact that excursions are guided tours, but I wanted to live in a more peaceful place than the central Gagra. For normal falling asleep, it is important to me that there is no busy highway, no parties, or any other noise outside the window. And here is a green courtyard with pomegranate fruits on every tree..a huge illuminated fountain is amazing (but you can't describe everything, it's better to see for yourself) You are not coming to visit, but to your home in a family where you are expected and loved! Thank you very much! In general, Abkhazia amazes with beautiful people and an incredible atmosphere! (about prices : twice cheaper than our south) We will definitely come back!

They welcomed us very cordially! A warm atmosphere throughout your stay! The hosts are hospitable, helpful and very pleasant! On the very first day, they treated us to wine and set the table for us! The house is located in a quiet part of the city, perfect for people looking for privacy, respectively, and the beach is just for you, the sea is clean. Shops and a vegetable market are a 10-minute walk from the house. The sea is a 20-minute walk away. I recommend it for those who like a secluded holiday. P.S. Vagan is a very warm, sincere person, Galina is wonderful-it's like you're resting with your family.

It's easy to breathe. The air is delicious: the smell of the sea, trees.Fabulous view of the mountains.
The territory of the guest house is decorated with unusual trees, Vagan was treated to delicious kumquat, which he carefully grows himself.
We, hiking enthusiasts, were quite satisfied with a place of about 20 minutes. walking distance to the beach, the opportunity to see the beautiful nature of Abkhazia.

We rested at the Wagon for the May holidays of 2023. A secluded guest house in the middle of a quiet village, ideal for large companies, including those with children. Three huge kitchens with all necessary appliances and utensils, an outdoor barbecue, juicy kumquat on trees in the yard. I really liked the size of the room: we took a two-room room on the second floor, the rooms were huge, the one-year-old baby had a place to walk :)) excellent sound insulation and loud celebrations are not heard in the room, who wants to sing songs with tea or homemade wine, who wants to relax in silence. There are necessary amenities: parking, Internet, hot water, refrigerator in each room, TV, washing machine in the common area. It is more convenient to get to the guest house by car, the location is good: Gagra embankment is 15 minutes away, New Athos and Lake Ritsa are an hour away, Sukhum is 1.5 hours, Chernihiv is 2.15. I recommend accommodation, price-quality ratio is at a height and a very warm welcome from the owner.

A great, quiet place in the vicinity of super-famous Gagra💥💥💥A comfortable house with hotel rooms for every taste and size, which has everything you need to relax after the sea,excursions, walks, namely cozy cots,air conditioning,satellite TV,refrigerator,wardrobe with hangers and many shelves.A separate bathroom with a shower, toilet and washbasin... with soap and toilet paper.A chic well-groomed adjacent territory with a huge illuminated fountain, probably the special pride of the hotel Owner, parking, lots of fruit-bearing trees and an amazing view of the mountain (I forgot the name)Three large eating areas are comfortably located on the territory, both indoors and outdoors under canopies, with a full set of household appliances, including a washing machine plus a barbecue area👍There is also a small area for children to relax and play.From the balcony of the second floor you can, if you want to see the sea...to which the very sensual, hospitable, with a great sense of humor, the owner of the hotel Vartan, gives a ride on a very exotic transport.The beach is not crowded, large pebbles, silicone shoes will be needed.p.s. Almost everything is fine, but in case of heavy rains, the electricity is turned off, there is no Internet, the phone cannot be charged (The room was clean, there was no dust, but there was no soap, shower gel, nothing like that in the toilet-shower. You need to ask Galina separately about this, she is the hostess there) You can ask her about everything. An iron with a board is downstairs at the entrances to the rooms. The owner of the Vagan, a very hospitable man, will treat you to his young wine, sit and chat with you every evening in the open summer kitchen. You can buy a good chacha from a neighbor. There is a barbecue in the yard, you can make kebabs. There is a closed hall, a room with several tables, you can sit there separately from the company, watch a movie, You can walk from this guest house to the wild beach in 20 minutes. For the whole week, except for a couple of fishermen, no one was met there, except cows and once a dead dolphin. However, the road is washed away in the rain, all in puddle pits, prickly raspberries around. There is a shop nearby where you can buy washcloths, soap, napkins, groceries, alcohol, cigarettes. There is a big problem with Russian cigarettes in Abkhazia. If you smoke Icos, take a stock of sticks with you right away. As for the guest house itself, many taxi drivers know it, there are no problems with specifying the address) In general, many people know Vagan and respond well. In general, we recommend it.

We went to Abkhazia for two weeks, we had a car, because we planned to solve the housing on the spot, we booked a room for only three days.
We were worried because we got to the place at night.
As a result, Vagan and Galina welcomed us as family.
A wonderful courtyard with a summer kitchen, fruit trees and a fountain, clean rooms with everything you need, hospitality!
And, instead of three days, we stayed for the whole period. The closest thing is to go to Gagra, but, in general, everything is close in Abkhazia.
And they bought, and implemented a "cultural" program.
And in the evenings, a real house was waiting for us, there was no feeling that these were strangers. It's like we came to stay with relatives)

We visited the sights on the advice of the owner and were completely delighted. Wonderful playful dog Margot brightened up our stay. Arriving in Abkhazia for the first time, we decided to look for a hotel in Gudauta, after driving all day we did not find anything to suit.either near construction sites, or far from the sea, or favelas, or the price is space:with marble floors, bas-reliefs and statues.in the late afternoon, we decided to return to Gagra and rent an apartment at least for the night.we stopped at a small Colchis store, told the hostess about our searches and disappointments, she and another customer suggested where to turn and explained the way.That's how we ended up on Mira 23 at Vagan and Galina.We were greeted very cordially at home, we exhaled and finally relaxed, drank wine, talked and decided to stay for 5 days.the beach is a 15-minute walk along a mulberry alley along a clean cold mountain river, we met cows, saw a swan, turtles basking on the rocks.We drove through all the other excursions in our car.In general, it's SUPER.

I came to Abkhazia for the first time on vacation. We chose the Maestro guest house with friends. The hosts are very nice, hospitable)) inside, the territory is very beautiful, well-groomed, fruits grow. There are three kitchens on site, very spacious. The rooms have everything you need. The neighbors were very nice, we didn't even lock the doors when we left. It took us a long time to figure out how to get to Gagra, but we were guided and we quickly figured it out ourselves.

Hello everyone. I booked two nights in this house from November 6th to 8th of this year. It was the cheapest offer on the Island. As soon as they crossed the border with the girl, they arrived by minibus at the desired stop, from there they moved along the offline navigator towards the house. The navigator led through fields, cow cakes and meadows. Somehow we got to the right place, the door was opened by a wagon. On the first day, we were the only guests in this guest house, and in the evening, Vagan's friends arrived, who made us a cheerful company. The distance from his house to the sea is about 1.5-2 km, which we made our way through solid puddles, bushes and cow cakes. Somehow we got there, there was no one on the beach except stray dogs. The beach is rocky and deserted. The first night passed normally, the only negative was that the light was cut off every hour, and with it the Wi-Fi and heat disappeared. The car turned on the diesel generator for a period while there was no light, but the WiFi and the heater did not work. On the second night, Vagan felt sick with health, he promised to cook a barbecue, but caught a cold and had to fry himself. Vagan helped pickle and showed me where to get firewood. Since we wanted a tour, Vahan said that his friend would drive us until the evening for 6 thousand rubles and show us everything. I told him that in Sochi you can take it for 4 thousand and Vagan says OK, let's make an agreement for 4. As a result, no one drove us until the evening, of course, and at about 14-15 they already delivered us to the guest house, the driver's name was Andrannik. There also lives an ill-mannered black dog that barks every 3-5 minutes, in the evening it's not a dream but just romance. In general, we rested so-so, it's good that we spent two nights there and not for a longer period, probably the Wagon would not have stood us longer and buried us somewhere in the cellar. Who likes to relax on the outskirts, as they say, well, but next time I will look at options closer to the center and to the sea, so that I do not have to walk 2 km to the store.

The owner of the Wagon is a man of mood. He knows how to be very sincere, to have himself, but suffers from bouts of aggression, which he cannot control. He smiles at the guests, and often throws mud behind his eyes.
Electricity is often cut off, there is no water. Shops and the beach are far away, all transportation is by taxi.
The house is beautiful, the rooms are good, very clean, the hostess Galina is a wonderful woman, but maybe I was so unlucky. I would not recommend it to my friends.

The best place of all in Abkhazia. I'm not exaggerating. This is exactly the kind of house you want to come back to again and again. My fiance and I planned to stay for one night and continue to move to other hotels along the road in Abkhazia. So what, we stayed for the whole vacation) Vagan and Galina are gold, the most sincere and hospitable people on our way. Delicious wine, wonderful evening gatherings. The room itself is great - everything you need. Own toilet, shower, refrigerator. It's always cool when it's hot outside. And the garden! We sat on the swing under the roses, drank coffee and didn't think about anything. The beach is empty of tourists at hand! We will come back many more times and advise everyone. :)

I will tell you a long story about why you should never, under any circumstances, get involved with this "man". My family of 8 people (including 3 children) and I booked accommodation in this guest house for a month, made an advance payment of 8000 rubles, the transfer was made to a Sberbank card. On the day of our departure, the owner of the house calls us and says that he confused the date of our arrival and settled other people in our places, he began to apologize and said that he would solve the issue and so that we would not worry.Of course, we were in a state of shock, but we did not want to cancel the trip, on the way to Abkhazia, Vahan called us and said that he had found us an even better and cheaper house. Of course, an unpleasant aftertaste remained, but we exhaled a little.But this wonderful story did not end there, we arrive at Mira Street 23, we are greeted by a cheerful Armenian and offers to escort us to our new cool house, the conditions of the house that Vahan found for us and which we initially booked were very different, let me remind you there are 8 people and we counted on the amenities in each room and were ready to pay for what they were counting on. But the cherry on the cake was something else, when we told vagan about the prepayment (8000 rubles), he said that we forget about it, he found us a cheaper house and it's like a commission for "real estate", I quote "We forget about this money", as you understand, we were not satisfied with this arrangement and a verbal battle ensued the altercation, in the end, Vagan returned 5,000 to us so that we would pay for the first day in another house and almost cursing told us not to appear in front of his eyes. As you understand, we paid 3,000 rubles just for the fact that a person did not fulfill his promises, messed up himself and tried to make us look guilty :) The first day of the vacation just went down the drain because of the stress and nerves that we spent on this scammer. p.s. It turned out that he had free rooms, but he was going to rent them out even more expensive than us , to which he replied to us "it happened that way", the man tried to conduct a thuggish and boyish conversation, but of the arguments he had only "it happened that way". We are grateful to fate that instead of this terrible, greedy and inhuman "man" we ended up in a good, kind family, and I suggest that vagan choke on these 3,000, because boomerang will find him and take more from him) I am writing this review only to warn people against the possibility of spoiling their vacation, because this is just a well-established scheme to deceive tourists.

Very hospitable hosts, all conditions for guests to stay. Clean rooms, large Parking, we got to the beach by a special jeep, the sea is clean, coniferous.
A large green area where kiwis, pomegranates, tangerines and more grow.
Shops and cafes are within walking distance.
The rooms were cleaned regularly, half the baby was changed.
In general, one hundred percent we will come back here again!
