Terrible staff, booked a room more than a month in advance, it is written on the booking that it is possible to arrange with animals, I called directly to this hut, asked if it was possible to come to you with a small dog, they talked very politely on the phone and said it was possible but you need to pay 2000t extra, when checking in at first they said that it was impossible with dogs at all, then you can see for yourself that it is written on the booking that it is possible to arrange and began to assert to me that they could not agree on such a thing, and told me that I was a liar, they also tried to teach life that "why do you get this smelly dog when you have a small child" and said that we are irresponsible parents... in general, we stayed in the room exactly as long as we needed, but the bad mood from the rudeness of the staff remained, the hotel itself is normal and clean

A quiet and comfortable hotel, next to the railway station. I didn't like the lack of an opportunity to eat after 23 o'clock - everything is closed around, but this has nothing to do with the hotel. The staff is polite, check-in issues are resolved promptly, even if they arrived later than promised. The rooms are clean and tidy. I was with my family 2 times. There is a small parking lot opposite, under the supervision of the staff.

It used to be better. Now the water is running badly, the kettle is broken. The music is blaring late at the restaurant downstairs. We haven't changed towels in three days, it's sad. And the price, by the way, is almost like in Moscow hotels. But they clean the room for this money and change towels every day.

Cozy (the room is clean and it is pleasant to stay in it) It's true and that's it. Three stars for the price-quality (it was possible to put less but with the hope of improvement) Minus the lack of breakfast (breakfast is not included in the price list only from 9.30 for business trips, I consider it inconvenient and even more so for family ones).

It's a disgusting place. We booked a room by phone for 3 people for 12 hours, only to wait out the 9-hour transfer between trains. We come, they look at us with bulging eyes and claim that we booked for 2 people and an infant (for "whom" they asked for an additional payment of 5,000 tenge on the phone, and children under 7 years old free of charge in the price list at the reception) Did not even agree to settle us for an additional payment, so we went to the hotel closer and we rented a better and cheaper room :) One star is too much for this desk, but alas, you can't put less :(

The suite has one name. It is very cold in the room, there is garbage and dirt on the floor, socks immediately became dirty. The shower is broken (the stall did not close), the water was periodically turned off. There's hair on the bed! In general, avoid this place.

I didn't really like the hotel. I found fine litter and an artificial eyelash in bed, sound insulation is 0, a child can be heard crying in another room, the water goes badly in the shower, you stand ankle-deep in water, which is not very pleasant. And this is for all the luxury floor. There are no slippers or bathrobes in the room.

A great hotel. We stayed with the children for two days in a junior suite. The renovation is fresh, the rooms are clean, three towels for each guest, bed linen and towels are snow-white and starched. Good internet connection. The staff is wonderful. We stopped by at 5 a.m., quickly settled in. I liked the lunch at the kebab shop. I have read the reviews, I agree with all the listed advantages. We are from Omsk and I must say that the price for the room is just a fairy tale. The prices in the kebab shop are very low! The location is convenient relative to the train station. Check-in and check-out were calculated in fact, it is very convenient. We were pleasantly surprised that there are such hotels in Petropavlovsk

The rooms were almost all available..The floors are dirty (well, we had slippers with us), the bathroom is the same...In two days, no one came and wiped it.. They gave two towels out of 5, there is no chair or table.. The staff was also not pleased..
