Perhaps one of the best archives in the post-Soviet space. Firstly, unlike other archives, he has established normal work on a remote scheme - anyone can very easily order the digitization of any document that comes to his e-mail. You don't have to submit any conceivable and unimaginable documents, or visit the archive itself a hundred times. Just fill out the electronic form and that's it. Secondly, if you still need to visit the archive directly, then again your visit will be strikingly different from that in other archives, where at best you will just be rude. It's not here. Therefore, I recommend it!
