There are no special complaints about the work of employees. People are working and there are not enough of them. Questions to the management. Who was prevented at the Main Post Office by the terminal where they took the ticket with the queue number? The whole world is switching to an electronic queue, and everything that simplifies life is alien to us ((Now everyone is standing in a regular queue, arguing and swearing. There is almost always only one window that works. As for the district offices, this is no longer a post office, some kind of MFC. You can buy everything from toilet paper to canned food, pay for communal services and get insurance, sign up for a passport, buy a starter communication package... As a result, people who came for postal services cannot receive them because it takes at least 15 minutes to get insurance for a car, and utility bills take at least 5-10. For comparison, it takes 3-5 minutes to receive or send a parcel.

The real horror is happening at the Textile Worker in department 283117 after department 283120 was closed. After all, since that time, everyone goes to the 117th and as a result, even at 15:30 there are crowds even on the street. You can't even get the subscribed newspapers without a scandal... And I also wonder why it was necessary to reduce customer service time? After all, they served until 18:00 and let it continue like this, why was it necessary to reduce the time by half an hour?

I regularly send parcels from the Main Post Office. On the 2nd and 3rd windows (sending and receiving parcels), the queue lasts up to two and a half hours.... Two weeks ago, I waited in line for two and a half hours before the branch closed.. as a result, the operator Zueva from the second window (one window was working) said that the working day was not over and she no longer serves. I approached the administrator (last name, it seems, Kovaleva), but she retorted with the phrase "well, why should I tie her (the operator) to the workplace.".... Even compared to the turtle capabilities of the Russian Post. Even the delivery of a parcel takes 5-10 minutes. And sending the simplest correspondence stretches for half an hour or longer. The administrator explains the queues by reducing staff, but how to explain the speed of service?
