Sometimes I have lunch at this place, the food is delicious, almost like homemade. The staff is courteous, but the new waitresses can mess up with the order. The atmosphere is pleasant, the hall is decorated with themed holidays. The ordered lunch is brought quickly enough. I'm shooting a star for cockroaches (in the toilet, behind the glass in the evacuation plan). We rested in the VIP lounge, everything was fine.

They never smiled all evening, showed their dissatisfaction on occasion, did not serve in a timely manner - they had to constantly call... At the end of the evening, they were demonstratively indignant that the guests had stayed too long, although already at 21:00 we began to gather. The waiters need to be told that they work FOR CUSTOMERS! And for their good mood! No need to sigh when a customer asks to replace an empty bottle...
