We rested from 6.09.24 to 16.09.24.I really liked the hotel, especially the views from all sides of nature, mountains, sea.On the 15th floor there is a dining room where you can have a sooo delicious meal and enjoy the beautiful views.The guys in the dining room are great, they work well together, they cook delicious.It's hard not to overeat))).Of course, there is a problem with elevators, but because they feed there, we walked to the dining room and to the sea (we lived on the 8th floor).Sometimes charging is not comforting.))The attitude of the locals is very friendly, we traveled all over the peninsula from Tsandripsh to Sukhum in a car that we rented.Of all the beaches, I liked only Gagra.The water is clean and warm.Because we went in October, we didn't catch any rotoviruses.In extreme heat, all the locals say that the rotovirus walks strongly.Everything is fine in September and October.

Among the advantages is an excellent location, a relatively fresh hotel (restoration in 2019), the staff is generally good and knows their job. Of the disadvantages, 2 elevators cannot cope with the load, and this is a fact. The number of floors is high, and you have to wait for the elevator for 5-7 minutes, which is unacceptable; Wi-Fi clearly does not pull and is constantly cut off, at night and early in the morning it's fine, the rest of the time is completely different, which is nonsense nowadays; the food is slightly monotonous, but if you don't find fault much, then it's okay, you won't get bored for 7-10 days He'll be in time. And yet — there is no bar in the hotel on the 1st floor, the coffee is disgusting, and the cognac is pale (the cheapest 150 rubles / 50 gr.) — that's for sure! Most importantly, it all depends on your mood, if it is positive, then the rest will be normal!

I went with my family to relax at this hotel. Positive: - the location of the hotel in the city center - beautiful view of the sea and the city of Gagra - the food is very tasty and varied - on-site swimming pool Minuses: - the maids hack only as they want, as it was indicated, a change of bed linen every 4 days, as a result, I've been here for 5 days and no news. - the elevator is very long for so many people that it is better to take a room no more than the 5th floor to climb on foot. - room cleaning consists only in replacing soap soap and toilet paper. P.S. I just found out that the bed linen is changed EVERY 7 DAYS. Of course, I understand everything, but this is not the way it is done in Russia, even in a hostel they change many times more often. Shamefully. Next time I will contact your neighbors via the hotel accommodation wire :)
