I have a very unpleasant impression about this studio. In general, we agreed to audition, I'm driving clearly at their time and there's a car with construction equipment driving right in front of my car, not far from their building. This studio is located on Rakovskaya, where the streets are quite narrow, the car carrier creates a traffic jam, so it starts to drive at a minimum speed so that its dimensions do not touch other cars. I'm posting photos on Instagram, writing about a force majeure situation. They tell me that they are waiting for me. As a result, I was 10-12 minutes late. According to the admin version at 14, well, okay, I'm happy to run in pairs to them and get a message in front of the door so that I don't come anymore. I was a little taken aback, because in the whole civilized society in the service sector they make a window for waiting 15-20 minutes. Of course, I expressed my dissatisfaction with the customer orientation of this institution, to which the administrator did not offer to somehow resolve the conflict, but simply blocked me!!!!I have never met with such obvious rudeness. Turn off the creative and think about how you could get out of this situation without losing a potential client. Another nuance, the audition lasts for as long as 5 minutes, you could go out the door and somehow talk to the teacher after all, or ask to send a video with singing for distribution to a further group. I have a lot of options regarding conflict resolution, it's a pity that they blocked me, they could have found out and raised the level of their entrepreneurial activity. In general, thank you for the spoiled mood!!!!
