Great hotel, everything was fine. You can ask for tea or coffee, spacious rooms, helpful staff, beautiful lobby

Dirty rooms. It's very sad, guys, not the service! Yes, at our request, the room was changed, but the second one is the same as the first, with hair, of course, someone else's in towels, rusty fasteners on bedside tables, and a lot of dust in the area of ceiling lamps! Also without mosquito nets, and when asked - provide a fumigator - they looked at us as strange, and of course they did not give anything ((( in general, I do not recommend this hotel!!!! (I gave two stars instead of one - for the staff's attempts to solve the issues!
