I would have put 5. But, as already written - 200 rubles per person, well, that's it. Given that the glasses can't even be wiped, the water in them is thick, branches, other debris, there is no transparency at all on one because of the dirt. If you take money, you keep it clean.
And then there are 2 dubious people sitting on chairs, taking money. It is not clear who they are, on what basis. Take 200 for an elevator ride. Why walk?
They say that not so long ago they did not charge a fee.

Very beautiful. If you went to Abkhazia, then it is worth visiting this is one of the few places worth visiting just for the sake of beauty. But expensive

Excellent views from the observation deck. Admission is free for now, I don't know if it's temporary for now. The elevator is working. Upstairs there are platforms with glass floors.
