Fresh meat, bread, milk, and so on. A huge selection. Household goods. It doesn't matter with vegetables - they are expensive and the quality is lame.
The prices are average, maybe a little higher.
On Friday evenings, it is better not to meddle, queues stretch for half an hour at 3-4 ticket offices.

It's a great store, with a discount card, and there are cool discounts. We bought expensive fish, but thanks to the card it turned out to be cheaper than such a fish at a traffic light, while the quality is not much better. In general, prices for many products are reasonable, maybe higher than those of competitors. And please place self-service cash desks at two ends of the hall, so you have to cut kilometers to find the goods, pay and then not get out.

I would like to draw attention to the unpopular, but important nuance of this hypermarket - the bathroom. Green is one of the most expensive stores with one of the highest prices for renting space inside a hypermarket. Is the proceeds not enough for the owner to keep the toilet in working order? Of the 4 booths, a maximum of two are closed, there are no handles inside the booths or there are in 2 of the 4. And so it has been for several years, the situation is stable, only the booths are changing. It's the same with the escalator: if it works, it's a holiday, because it usually doesn't function. In the photo: the door inside the cabins has darts instead of a handle and a pin to close. Of course, it is impossible to do this.

Honestly, I don't like this Green. I rarely visit it, mostly passing through and always find products on the verge of overdue. The chicken is lying with its expiration date in the refrigerator tomorrow, in which + 5 can only dream. I have observed yoghurts with the same dates more than once. The price/quality is generally lame on both legs. Fruits/vegetables are expensive and there is nothing to choose. It's the same for freezing. Meat is more expensive than in other chain stores and it is sold from defrosting, it is often visible on the window that the piece has not melted yet. It seems to me that this network is not for Shabans at all. And there, some of the people in the store seem to have come for a walk, Just loitering between the shelves without shopping, interfering with people who are in a hurry. Unfortunately, there is not much to choose from in this direction, so I periodically stop by. Externally, of course, everything is beautiful, as always in Green. Well, the more or less adequate self-service ticket office pleases. Although they are in every store with their own quirks. Here, too, there are glitches, but the benefit is always a consultant on the spot.

Recently, the store has turned into some kind of garbage dump. The delay in the milk, sausage department. I want to shout about fruits and vegetables.... If you want to choose a product (the prices are by no means budget-friendly), you get your hand in the rot. I stopped taking fresh meat (in fact, it's far from stale) from this store, because it often "smells good." Yesterday, my husband bought a package of chicken thigh. After the autopsy, the stench was unbearable. The price tags are generally a separate topic. If there is a product, there is no price tag, or there is a price tag with one price, but another, larger one is often beaten off at the checkout. I understand that there are not enough staff, but somehow we need to solve such issues. Someone has to keep track of the expiration dates.

A wonderful store: and shops in the store!!! There are such sellers working in the Green itself that if you ask a question, they postpone things and help!!! Lately, if we need to go to the store, we only go there) especially recently, an opening for our family: a local famous one!!! I only ate such delicious sour cream when I was little and sour cream was bought and sold on tap))) any product of this brand is very pleasing (of course we haven't tried everything, but somehow now the handles themselves stretch)!!!
But unfortunately, there are disadvantages for me: 1) This is the PRICE of a refrigerator - almost 10 rubles per bucket 🫣 it's a bit much somehow, for comparison in Hippo 5...: and it tastes different, then it's delicious, then it's generally nooo... and 2) minus - if suddenly the door to the warehouse is ajar near the bread department, then the smell (I'll call it that) just disgusting, I'm always drawn to Riga...These are the impressions! And So thank you! A wonderful store!

It is also worth mentioning a high-quality selection of meat and fish products, which inevitably attracts the attention of connoisseurs of healthy nutrition. The store staff deserves special praise for their politeness and willingness to help at any time. The staff were always on hand to offer their help with the selection of products or to advise on the availability of goods, which makes the purchase process much more pleasant and easy. However, despite all the advantages, there are also disadvantages, because of which I cannot give the maximum rating. Firstly, the store's pricing policy is quite high compared to some other stores, which can scare off budget buyers. Secondly, during high rush hours it can be difficult to find a parking space nearby, which can add unnecessary stress when visiting. In conclusion, the Svetofor grocery store offers an excellent range of high-quality products and demonstrates an excellent level of service, but has some aspects where improvement is possible. Not a bad supermarket, one of the biggest in the city.
According to the assortment, plus or minus is like a crown.
The problems are exactly the same as those of all other supermarkets:
1) Cheap interior, no ceiling.
2) Prices for some goods are artificially inflated, for example, wine and other alcohol are sometimes almost twice as different from, for example, seven Fridays.
3) Poor quality of vegetables and fruits, green bananas, absolutely not edible watermelons and melons, everything is at your disposal, there is no quality control. There are almost always berries, but the price tag for them is sometimes far beyond the bounds of adequacy.
4) Permanent queues. There is no time of day when you can find a free cash register. On the other hand, self-service cash desks, due to their weighing interface and other errors that require staff intervention, are almost always longer than just cashiers.
5) Lack of quality control of meat, premium products and their shortage/overpriced. If you have seen what Miratorg products look like in the Russian Federation, then you understand what the problem is. The price is two to four times higher, the quality is not even worth talking about. It is clear that, apparently, in the opinion of this grocery chain, it is possible to sell inedible dried dairy cow to people under the guise of aged angus grain fattening, but the disappearance of Swiss cheeses is a completely different story.
In general, this is a store from hopelessness, having its own market share and not trying to do anything but increase profits, there is no customer orientation here.

In Russia, he would have already been imprisoned for arbitrariness and illegal restriction of freedom of movement! After writing a complaint in the complaint book, the first thing I did was run to read what was written about him there.
