The rooms were clean, there was enough room for two. The windows don't open, but the ventilation works well. The staff is friendly, they help in all matters. There is only a minimum in the room, not even a shoe spoon was found. Of cosmetics, there is only liquid soap and shampoo with gel in bags. The restaurant downstairs is normal, we had lunch there.
The room was quiet, nothing bothered to sleep. Price-quality ratio, I recommend it!

The rooms are clean, the staff is polite. It's not the first time we've stopped. The rooms have their own atmosphere, insanely cozy.. The beds are very comfortable, you get a great night's sleep. The room has air conditioning, some also have a balcony. The location is convenient, there is an exit to the shopping center from the hotel itself. I recommend it!

There is no drinking water in the room. There are no cosmetic accessories, there are 2 shampoo probes with 1 drop in each. There was no cleaning during 2 days. I waited 45 minutes for the pre-ordered and prepaid breakfast. The check-in was at night, I was accompanied by a male colleague who met me, the administrator with rolled eyes pointedly hinted that everyone's passports were needed. Although I checked into the room and eventually checked in alone, but these tactless hints are inappropriate, to put it mildly.

Well, so-so. There are better hotels in Minsk.
There is no safe in the room, the door from the room is not blocked, the towels, although branded, are worn and fringed. And terrible wi-fi.
Breakfast for an additional fee is modest (not a Swiss table).
The parking lot is shared with the shopping center.
Because it is located on the outskirts, you have to take the metro to get to tourist sites.
By the way, in the subway, the interval between trains of 10 minutes is the norm....

The description assigns the hotel from 3 to 4 stars. In terms of the quality of service, services provided and prices, I would classify it as 3-star.
The room stock is well furnished, sufficient for a short stay. The rooms are cozy and clean. The maids on the floor quickly come to the rescue. They helped us set up the air conditioner, and quickly brought an iron and ironing board.
The receptionists are friendly and helpful. They quickly settled in, helped with the transfer, even shared a personal phone for ordering at the travel agency (we had Russian SIM cards).
We arrived in a small company, we were settled through the room. I read about problems with sound insulation in the reviews. Apparently, this is taken into account. Therefore, the noise did not bother us.
Next to the lobby is the coffee shop of the Bella Chao restaurant. Delicious coffee, breakfast is prepared quickly, serving like in a restaurant. It works from 8 am.
The hotel is located in the business center. It occupies several lower floors. Therefore, if you are counting on a hotel with a view, then this is not about Green City. Although the Windows overlook the parking lot and a well-maintained residential area.

A very decent hotel, well located, near the shopping center. a few points:
1. Disgusting internet - didn't actually work. Stories about a big load - design for a big load
2. So-so cafe (not a restaurant) - it was expensive for breakfast-tasteless-long
3. Parking is available from the shopping center in front of the entrance or somewhere behind, but without a direct passage.
4. One of the advantages is a very pleasant reception, the girls kept the reservation, although I arrived late.
In general, I recommend it with the points above.

Terrible terrible and terrible again...unfortunately, the hotel has deteriorated... we stayed at this hotel a couple of years ago - everything was fine , this time we decided to stay for two nights again. And a complete disappointment ... The shower flows like in a Sovdepov sanatorium, hygiene products have been stolen, some gopniks are yelling all night outside the wall...usually I'm always looking for something to praise, but the second sleepless night did its job ((now I understand the question of the receptionist when checking in, "will you pay for two nights at once?". Yes, if I had known, I wouldn't have paid for the first one either... It's not worth the money we paid
Although, probably, there is still something good left here, but this is not for sure

According to the first hotel with horse prices, soap dispensers in the bathroom do not work, you have to get your hand out, there is no carafe of water in the room, there is only one chair in the double room, the mattresses on the bed are incomprehensible all the time. There is no parking, you have to park your car in the parking lot of the shopping center, which is free only at night. I do not recommend it.

The hotel is good. I liked everything. But the waiting time for breakfast food was very frustrating every time. It is not clear why the staff knew in advance the composition of the breakfast and the time to prepare it, but the wait each time was from 30 minutes to an hour (( Although the waiter girl tried very hard and was polite.

We booked a hotel in the business center at our own risk. And zero disappointments! Cozy rooms, large Windows with comfortable window sills, and most importantly - the softest mattresses!!!! Sleep and something else brought a special pleasure.
Parking in front of the building is shared, from the shopping center and business center, and behind it is covered in several levels. Cameras are filming the situation everywhere.
From the missing: the refrigerator is empty and there are no breakfasts. But the shopping center next door made up for it.
So in the route Moscow-Brest and Brest-Moscow, Green-City sheltered us twice.

A business hotel, this is how this hotel positions itself, but compliance with this criterion is 50/50 ... There is something to strive for, and I wanted to put only 3 🌟...
I'll start with the negative: The hotel does not have a rented parking space for guests near the entrance, from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. it is unrealistic to find a place not to carry suitcases from the other end of the parking lot, or through half of the shopping center from the parking lot. The staff, asking this question to the hotel administrator - a BC guard sitting on the couch or standing at the column intervened in the conversation, although no one asked his opinion at all, the answer was that the seats would be free by the evening - so I would like to bring things in when checking in, and not in the evening. I could not pay for a room in such a hotel through the World of Drink, it is also not convenient ...
Now about the services, there is no spoon and brush / sponge for shoes, slippers in the room, there is no glass / stand for a toothbrush, comb, etc. in the bathroom. There is no bottled water and tea set, only two glasses... Some kind of strange economy.
The double room is not a double bed with a large mattress, but 2 single beds with one thin large mattress pad, so it easily turns into a twin room ...
Now to the pros: clean, modern, good repair, air conditioning. When we were at the hotel, it was very quiet, which is just good, well, the audibility is not strong, since we occupied 2 neighboring rooms, we were able to check it. The hotel has a good cafe and restaurant Bela Chao, there is a separate exit to the shopping center - which has a food court and a large grocery supermarket. For motorists - near the MKAD, convenient for those who go to Brest / Mir/Nesvizh... For tourists who want to go to the city center, there is a metro station near the Hotel.
I would like the hotel to become not an annex to the business center, but its face, with a greater focus on guests, not only with an approach, we have only business trips here, and this will do, but for all guests, including those with children.
