We rested at the Green guest house from 12.08 to 26.08 2024 at Elena's. We chose them based on reviews. We needed an economy vacation, a room for 1500 rubles. day. People write in different ways. It all depends on your financial capabilities. At first we had a simple room, but then Elena moved us to a better room and did not take an additional payment, for which she is especially grateful.
If you want a 5-star vacation, then it's different money. Elena has such numbers.
We were comfortable.
We had a shared toilet for 3 rooms, everything was cleaned.
We talked to the hostess all the time.
Yes, of course, the kitchen is for common use with simple old dishes, the refrigerators are tired, all this is on two floors, people also took the dishes to the rooms, so it was uncomfortable. You can add forks, spoons, detergents. The suites have their own kitchens. And so it's close to the sea, the water is hot and cold all the time. Everything was fine with us. There are shops and cafes nearby, but the central market is only accessible by minibus, and food prices are very high, since everything is transported from Russia. We went to the store "4 seasons", where you can pay with a card. We cooked by ourselves, but sometimes we ate in cafes. There is a cafe "Boat" nearby, the prices are normal and everything is fresh.
Yes, unfortunately, nothing much changes in Abkhazia, but everything is compensated by the sea and the beauty of nature.
I posted a photo of our economy room, the other already had a refrigerator, a TV and better furniture.

We had a rest in this guest house from June 21 to June 28. Elena is a wonderful hostess, the location is good, there are various cafes nearby, a bus stop and the sea within walking distance of 5 minutes. The rooms are clean and cozy, all the necessary furniture is available, the Internet is good. The rooms are from economy to luxury, the prices are adequate.

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay at the Green House Guest House. It is not the first time that we come here with our family to relax and we will come again. Wonderful, good-natured housewives Valentina Viktorovna and Lenochka!!! Excellent rooms, everything is there, 100% comfort. Cleanliness everywhere, flowers!!! A couple of minutes walk to the sea. Everything is within walking distance!!! You have a wonderful vacation!!! I advise everyone, you will not regret it!!!

Our family had a great rest in the new apartments of the Green Guest House, in Gagra, on Sukhumskaya 9. We chose the apartments (studio + living room/kitchen). The 2023 apparts, everything is new and beautiful. A huge shower /bathroom with expensive granite. We enjoyed our stay! They also have smaller devices, a studio, a couple thousand cheaper, we have already recommended to our friends. In general, Green is very cozy, I would say respectable, you rest your soul. The location is 5 plus! Literally everything is nearby, including, of course, the sea! I recommend it!

I liked everything very much. Convenient location, sea, cafes, canteens are all nearby. Everywhere is clean and tidy, there are no problems with water, there are many cozy corners in the yard where you can sit and relax in the evening or in the heat. The yard is covered with greenery and flowers. A large kitchen for self-cooking with everything you need. The owners are good, they showed everything, told everything, gave everything they needed. We had a good rest here. Come boldly, you will not regret it.

Very convenient location:the sea is just a stone's throw away and there are many places where you can eat delicious food. The guest house is clean, tidy and quiet. The hostess Elena is a very pleasant girl who treats her guests kindly and with full understanding. When we return to Gagra, we know for sure that it is only to Elena.

We had a rest in Abkhazia, Gagra, guest house Green, Sukhumskaya 9. I liked it. Good conditions, close to the sea. Clean, cozy. We did not have time to try the hostess's compote of local fruits. It's time for a vacation, we decided with our family to go to sunny Abkhazia to the tourist town of Gagra.
The choice fell on the Green Hotel, the manager's name is Elena. She sent us pictures of our room, everything was fine with us, we sent her an advance payment.
Upon arrival, the full payment was made in the courtyard of the house. When we entered the room, everything became clear, the photos did not correspond to reality.
In general, everything was very bad:
- strong stench of sewage, dirt and rotten;
- cockroaches;
- the conder is old, I have not even seen such (he is about 20 years old), it cools somehow and cools for a long time, I doubt at all that it is safe to use it. I don't think the filters have ever been changed;
- there is black mold in the bathroom
- a small cheap TV, with one local channel (I don't know what it's for, apparently to be)
- wi-fi is available at a very low speed of 500kBps at most
- the ventilation in the bathroom whistles and cracks, pulls badly, so the stench and mold
- there is no parking, the car had to be parked close to the fence, which is not safe, gazelles pass through the lapping. If the car is hit, then 100% no one will reimburse anything, there is a yard for 2-3 cars, but they are not allowed to put it there, only the hostess puts her SUV there;
- the bed creaks a lot;
- there are no windows in the room, there is a plastic door with a window that faces the courtyard;
- there is no interior inside, everything is very old from the 2000s;
- soap, shampoos did not provide anything;
- The kitchen is shared, the dishes are dirty, it will not be possible to cook properly;
- washing machine total 100₽;
- once a day, the lights are turned off stably for 1-2 hours, when the lights are turned off, the water disappears too;
- there is no drinking water;
- You have to throw the garbage out of the territory yourself, the container is far away;
- there is no barbecue;
- cleaning every 5 days;
4500₽ such a room costs per day, the total size is 17 sq.m.
The case when it turned out to be much worse to remove in advance than just choosing what you liked and cheaper and more comfortable.

Excellent guest house:! Decent rooms (towels and bed linen as in 5 star hotels), cozy territory (flowers, lots of places to relax, there is a place to sit in the evening) . The area is gorgeous. Literally EVERYTHING, and most importantly the SEA is nearby. Cafes, canteens, restaurants of any kind, to choose from. On the beach there are sun beds, umbrellas, everything is there. We walked around the city a lot, we were in different parts of the city, but we came to the conclusion that our area is still the most successful in all respects! And from the point of view of nature, greenery, it is the most picturesque! We recommend it!

We had a rest during the New Year holidays in 2022. I love this location - the sea, the center, minibuses, everything is close. It is very convenient that there is a kitchen with everything you need on the ground floor. The room has a bathroom, a bed, a refrigerator, a TV. The hostess is Olga, very responsive and sensitive. The rest turned out to be unforgettable.

We rested at this hotel and were not satisfied, it is difficult to cook in the kitchen, who plans to cook their own food, the kitchen is small, there are not enough dishes, the kettle is in great demand, especially in the morning. The supposedly Luxurious rooms are very modest in terms of furniture, there is no chair, mirror, bedside tables and hangers in the closet. The TV shows two channels, the choice is small, who likes to watch movies on other channels. A very high price for such a "service".

The room is clean, a large bed for two. It's a little cramped in area)

Economy housing is expensive. I don't understand why you can't include laundry in the price and not deal with nonsense with surcharges. The second time we meet this, it is extremely uncomfortable.

We were in September 2021 in a room with "all amenities", I will start with the fact that the housewives do not strain much in creating comfort and cleanliness. The bathroom door wouldn't close, and there was mold in the shower. And most importantly, the closet that stood on its word of honor, as a result, the child opened the closet and it fell on the child, it was saved by the fact that the closet fell on the bed and the child was not injured. As a result, the housewives also demanded money from us for the closet. I do not recommend staying in this place.

A month before the trip, we paid 50% of the room rate, the hostess was contacted via Viber, warned that the plane was arriving at night, she assured us that everything would be fine. As a result, arriving at 3 a.m., we find out that she handed over our reserved rooms, and tried to settle us with a neighbor, where the living conditions were much worse than promised. She returned the money to our account only after we knocked on the iron gate for 15 minutes. (And that's all at 3 a.m.). Elena refused to show us the rooms we had paid for. So the hostess is a complete inadequate!
