We visited the hotel in 2024. The hotel is located in a quiet corner of Anapa. It is convenient to walk to the sea along a shady alley.The hotel's beach is large, and there is a toilet. The rooms are spacious and well-cleaned. Balanced nutrition and prosperity .I was very pleased with the fruits and vegetables. There are coolers and an ironing board with an iron on the floors. Animators entertain children all day, in the evening there is an entertainment program by the pool, even live music. We will definitely come to this hotel for a rest.

I liked the hotel itself: it is quiet and green around, although not far from the airport, the interior is clean, nice, well renovated. I liked the stylization with embroidery and rugs, national motifs. Separately, I want to note the bathroom - a modern renovation, and not with a cheap tile a la zero, but porcelain stoneware for wood. It looks restrained, minimalistic and stylish. The mattress is good, the pillows and bed linen are good too. The unpleasant thing is an expensive transfer, there is only 7 km from the airport, and they took 60 BYN (1800 rubles), but they arrived at night, there was not much choice, they did not look for a taxi. In my opinion, 7 km is not worth the money, we got to Minsk in the morning cheaper than this transfer. But there are no complaints about the hotel itself, I do not lower the rating.

I give the hotel a strong two! Let's start with the fact that we booked a house for 7 people. The booking indicated: 3 bedrooms, 3 rooms. As a result, there were 2 bedrooms and a living room. (You could have warned us that we wouldn't fit in, it's a good thing we have children, not adults). OK, we agreed. BUT the sofa was completely unsuitable for sleeping, there were no bedding, and there weren't enough towels for everyone. There were no cups, no toilet paper, and the light in the hallway was out. They barely brought everything (allegedly there was no second key and they could not bring it into the house). For 4 days, the house was never cleaned; the garbage was taken out onto the porch, but it was not taken away. There were no garbage bags. The breakfasts are meager and barely everything is cleaned and brought there, there were just not enough dishes all the time. They asked for an additional place - supposedly there is no such option. There was a terrible smell of beer in another house, apparently the previous tenants had spilled and the floor was badly washed. There is still work to do on the service, although the house itself is quite good. Pros: delicious pancakes, there is a barbecue and accessories for it. Nice forest all around.

There were only negative impressions of staying in this hotel. Complete lack of coziness and comfort. We stayed from 04.01.2025 to 05.01.2025 in a room on the 4th floor. There were no corners on the baseboards in the corridor of the 4th floor (they were lying next to each other). There are dirty spots on the walls in the room, someone else's hair was found in the bathroom near the sink and toilet, dirty smudges inside the toilet, there were no tulle on the window (although the cornice provides for the installation of tulle, there are tulle in the photo of the room on the website), in the evening a spider and a spider's web were found in the corner near the door, a fly was sitting on the wall near the ceiling (apparently I got knocked up in the warm season, because there are no masking nets on the window. Fortunately, I did not have a chance to check the performance of the air conditioner. The refrigerator in the room was not working, and there were no shelves for storing food in the refrigerator itself. The description and photo of the room on the hotel's website does not correspond to reality. Upon check-in, there was only one set of bath accessories and hygiene products in the room, although the room was booked for two adults and one child (2 years old). After all this, there was no desire to visit the aquazone, especially since the cost of the aquazone is higher than indicated on the hotel's website. There was no hot or cold water in the morning. Such breakfasts (buffets) I haven't seen it anywhere yet. We came to eat an hour and a half before the end of breakfast. There was no choice of dishes, there were no porridges, sauces, vegetables. It was good that there was at least some meat and pancakes. Surprisingly, mashed potatoes appeared at the end of our breakfast. The waiter said there was no repeat. The description of breakfast on the hotel's website does not correspond to reality. In the book of complaints and suggestions, almost all the reviews are negative, and among these negative reviews, almost all are from foreigners. The location of the hotel next to the M1 motorway and the proximity of the airport probably have an effect. As a Belarusian, I feel ashamed of what foreigners think. The hotel does not correspond to 4 stars, and it does not pull 3 stars. I once spent the night in an ordinary hotel in the hinterland of Belarus, it was so cozy and comfortable there, not like here.

But this is nature, so there may be no questions about the hotel. We didn't run into each other, but the neighbors pulled two pieces out of the dog in three days. But to be fair, somewhere far from the houses. The territory is not being processed for some reason. According to the neighbors, they were told that they were not Incephalitic. The other disadvantages are small. At home there is only a microwave, kettle, sink. That is, there is no stove, it is necessary to invent. But there is a large barbecue area. There are skewers, not an amateur, I bought a grill in the green. In five days, the cleaning was done once, after a request. The restaurant is not bad, but it is expensive. There are 94 rubles per family. I wish I could remember what was there, but I don't remember it well. Kvass glass, mors liter, buckwheat porridge, pancakes, Bolognese, dumplings, chicken soup for children, my wife ate something else. The children broke the plate, they didn't turn on the light. I left 20 rubles for a tip, I hope it was enough Breakfast is also expensive with a fairly meager selection. Although there are sausages, cheesecakes, and eggs too. There was no porridge, for children with children this is a minus. But it seemed like you could ask for free to cook. The room cards are worn. In the evening, one stopped turning on the light, and in the morning, both cards stopped opening the room door. Without any mistakes. It's a terrible hotel, and I definitely don't want to stay here again. Breakfast deserves a separate review. The large hall is in semi-darkness, the light is only from the windows. And you get lost not from the variety of food, but from the fact that there is nothing. The buffet is so meager that there is practically nothing to choose.
