This is the first time we have encountered such a situation. It was not the first time we took shawarma from the guys, everything was always clear. But the latter, alas, failed. The pita bread is burnt, there is no sauce at all. I wrote on Instagram, they offered to redo it, agreed and are silent. Two stars for a quick response in insta, then-by. It's not what it used to be, it's a shame :(

We came in at 6.24 am. We ordered burgers. They did not refuse . We accepted the order . They do it with us, everything is clean and beautiful. .. but from the additional filling, only cheese, everything that is on the menu is not available. The girls at the checkout swear obscenities despite the fact that there are visitors. It is unpleasant to be in such an environment! Thanks to chef Dmitry for his responsiveness and for the good attitude. That was all that pleased me.
