I went to the kebab grill on Tuchinsky 4 today, it was cooked quickly, although the overeager had 5-7 orders.
It was very clean, I enjoyed watching the team work, clearly, smoothly, special thanks to Alexander for the shawarma, delicious, juicy.
I'm not an expert on fast food, but they helped me out today. Thanks
What can be improved? A little less sauce

We always took shawarma here and recommended it to friends, today was no exception. However, instead of a delicious snack, we faced a bunch of negative situations. When paying, the cashier's girl's cash register hung up, they waited for 5 minutes until it hung down, while it was unclear whether they took the order to work or not. We did everything quickly, as usual. We take 2 shawarma, but they are not signed, it is not known how to understand where whose is. I had to go back to find out where it was. Usually they gave 7-10 pieces of napkins, there are only 2 pieces (they found it already in the car). Let's move on to the shawarma: I've never tried such a terrible shawarma. It was cold, barely bitten off, one cabbage in two bowls, garlic sauce as if expired, and the ending killed simply: on one side 3 pieces of cucumber, chicken in the middle, and on the other side one cabbage....
We were disappointed as much as possible in this place.

I loved this institution back in my student years, I always took it only at another point. Today is a disappointment. Let's start small, the cabbage was bitter. There's not enough chicken, and there's no sauce either. It didn't taste good at all, the snack was ruined, the money was thrown away. Also teach the cashiers how to work, while waiting for the order, I listened to: "How she ate too much."
The cook generally went to warm his own food, the service and quality definitely deteriorated

On 01.12.2024 at 20:25 I took a grilled cheese dog. I decided to eat it on the go. The sausage in it was just icy cold. Maybe I don't know something, of course, but I would like it to be fried, since it's called a "grill dog", or at least warmed up. It's a pity I was in a hurry and couldn't come back to talk to the staff.

The impression of food is twofold.
I took shawarma twice, with an interval of a couple of weeks. The first time everything is fine: curry, regular size, satisfied hunger. The second time I took the same thing, only xl. A day later, I had to go to the doctor, because I was suffering from stomach pain, and take pills for a possible infection.

These guys are definitely fumbling how to make shawarma: it's juicy, the sauces all taste crazy just - not like the others. I strongly advise everyone to try grilled kebab with curry sauce - my favorite, and I've tried almost everything))) The staff is normal, that's just good to the guys, well done. And, and most importantly: shawarma is street food, right? An important point: they don't overcook it until it crunches, so it doesn't break, and you won't get stuffed while you're eating. So the experience has always been 100% positive for me

Yesterday we took garlic pita and 2 garlic shawarma with my husband. The pita was cold, both shawarma were made classic, not garlic. While they were making an order, some guy (either a cook or a loader, it's not clear by appearance) was talking on the phone on a speakerphone, where they answered the whole hall with obscenities, and no one was confused by the presence of customers.

Well, what can you do, since this is the policy of the institution.
