I appeal to the owner. Great store, good assortment. Fix 2 things and the revenue will be 10 times more than in the neighboring euroopt.
1. Do self-service.
2. Fire the hell out of these slow and boorish saleswomen who talk on the phone 50% of the time without paying attention to customers, 50% smoke on the street. Explain to them that if there are people in line at the checkout, you can't just turn around and lay out the goods at random or even go to the back room right in front of the next customer.
