People who are called either don't come in or don't come back, it's scary just to be here. The atmosphere is pleasant, but the service leaves much to be desired. People wait for 3 hours. The employees are not interested. It is illegal to close a service appointment an hour and a half before closing time. I think the management needs to take action.
