It's horrible. IT'S IMPOSSIBLE TO WAIT. Queue C takes an unbearably long time, despite the fact that the efficiency is 0. People who are called either don't come in or don't come back, it's scary just to be here. The atmosphere is pleasant, but the service leaves much to be desired. People wait for 3 hours. The employees are not interested. It is illegal to close a service appointment an hour and a half before closing time. I think the management needs to take action. If I am not served, I will leave a complaint in the book and contact you above.

I had to visit here recently. And that's what's joyful: if you make an appointment in advance, you can safely apply for documents without waiting in line, in a comfortable booth. Yes, dear claustrophobes, it's not scary (the cabin is transparent). The convenient location in the city compensates for the lack of proper parking. Well, comrades in power, well, honestly, it's a shame! Parking in front of the building for a couple of cars and an unsettled car park just above. That's very sad. Well, that was a fly in the ointment. The staff are responsive, decent, and communicative.
