That was not the case!! He always left at 20:53. We changed the schedule to 20:53 and now he leaves at 20:51. ARE YOU SERIOUS?? Yesterday I was at the bus stop at 20:51, but the nine never SHOWED UP!!I had to stand at the bus stop for a long time. Dear management, you have improved something for someone by changing the schedule.
I REPEAT: this situation has been going on for several years. Or 9 and 12 are following each other and the nine is ahead without the possibility of overtaking for the 12th, because it is scheduled earlier. And don't say that it turns out that way, traffic, traffic lights, etc. Why do they accelerate to a rattle in some segments, which is even scary! After all, you can drive at one stable speed.

I want to share my impressions of the trip in trolleybus N15. On June 31, my husband and I arrived in your wonderful city from the Moscow region. We often come to Belarus, we really like it. We try to visit different places every time. This time we decided to go to Grodno. There is a very busy car traffic in the city, so we decided to leave the car and move around on our own. We walked from Sovetskaya Street to the Korona supermarket. But after walking about two stops, they still decided to take public transport. Trolleybus N15 arrived at the bus stop. Did you ask the driver if he was going to the supermarket? To which we were told that we would drive it. The trolleybus was going to the park, which we learned about while driving. The young woman, the driver, did not demand money from us for the fare (as it turned out, you could buy a ticket right at the bus stop). Or the driver, which I did by knocking on the closed window. I bought 2 tickets for 85 kopecks, but how could I know that it needed to be composted? If there were people in the trolleybus, my husband and I would have noticed this. In general, upon reaching the destination, approaching the stop, the driver said: Controllers. So what? We bought a ticket and, in our opinion, did not commit anything criminal!!! A woman of respectable age burst into the open door of the trolleybus and immediately demanded to pay a fine of 36 rubles, that is, 18 rubles each. A man of unpleasant appearance of medium height stood in the doorway, blocking our exit. The reason was that we didn't post the tickets. I tried to explain that we didn't know about it. But they weren't going to listen to us and demanded money. My husband refused to pay, saying that we don't have that kind of money. Upon learning that we had come from the Moscow region, the phrase "Moreover, you cannot have money" was thrown at us. We refused to pay the fine on the spot and demanded to draw up a protocol. My husband had 5 rubles in his hands, which they gave us for the change from the purchase of tickets. When she saw the money, the woman tore off our coupons and snatched 5 rubles from our hands. After that, the man blocking our exit stepped aside and let us out. To say that I was shocked is nothing to say!!! From such outright rudeness and extortion!!! It seemed that the driver and the controllers were in cahoots and were systematically carrying out these frauds. There is no doubt about it!!! The trolleybus was going to the park, the fact that we got caught by these fraudulent controllers is not an accident. They stopped at the bus stop already knowing that we had not composted the tickets. It was necessary to see their arrogance, disrespect for the guests of the city and the rudeness they showed to us. We have always had a very good opinion of the people who live in Belarus. I have never encountered such outright rudeness and disrespect. When you like a city, you want to return to it more than once. But now it's definitely not the city of Grodno!!! Thank you. Apart from this incident, the next 2 days were wonderful.
