It is possible (I really hope so) that I chose the wrong time to visit (~18:30), there were a lot of people, despite the fact that all the ticket offices were working, I was the 6th in line. The only photo I could take while standing in that very queue.
I got the impression of the store "a la Traffic Light", but even though all the products are familiar and it's not scary to go into the refrigerator.
I had a case of incorrect calculation of a client who caused a scandal, because they punched a cake without a 30% discount three days ago, or even more, so check the receipt immediately, on the spot. It is not surprising that the cashier can make a mistake, there are so many people, and even those who are always dissatisfied with something.

I really hope that the review will be read by the higher management of this trading network.
On October 04, 2021, we went to the store to buy water.
At the very entrance to the trading floor, there was a Borjomi water bottle on a large pallet at a promotional price. Taking it, we went to the cash register.
Those who visit this store know that the queues at the checkout are huge, there are no express cash desks, regardless of whether you bought 1 item of goods or 30, you still have to get in the general queue and only in this way make a purchase. When calculating, the cashier voices the cost different from the price indicated on the price tag and, when asked why the price differs from the price on the price tag, pronounces with "knowledge of the matter": "It's already like this."
After paying the announced cost, we decided to go back and check, and indeed, there was a price discrepancy. Taking the price tag, we went to the cashier, the cashier in turn sent us to the administrator.
There was no administrator in the office, the seller helped us to find her, to whom we turned with this request.
A woman approaches, without identification marks indicating her belonging to this commercial facility.
I asked her to introduce herself.
Taking out her badge from under her vest, she immediately hid it again, and did it quickly, without even giving the opportunity to read the last name. She categorically refused the request to take a picture of the name from the badge.
After leaving the information on the stand, we found out her full name. the department is Korizna Zinaida Nikolaevna.
After listening to us, acknowledging the fact of the price discrepancy, she began to give her arguments about the lack of staff, etc., I had to interrupt her saying that I was not interested in this and what would we do in the current situation? She offered us only ONE OPTION - to return the goods, she categorically refused to return the difference in price.
I refused to make a refund and insisted on returning the difference, and I had a legitimate reason for this (Article 16 of the Law on Consumer Protection).
Our dispute attracted the attention of another seller, who was ready to compensate the difference from his "pocket", just to resolve the conflict, since by that time the situation had escalated so much that I had already begun to demand a book of comments and suggestions.
Zinaida Nikolaevna's colleague turned out to be a more competent and sane employee, offered to resolve the conflict without resorting to writing a complaint, but Zinaida Nikolaevna calmed her down and sentenced her, let her write.
Then she brought a book of comments and suggestions complete with a ballpoint pen.
I did not make an entry in the book, but I warned that I would make a review in another way, namely on an open access information resource.
Conclusion: the absolute inability to smooth out the conflict situation, the aggressive tone in which Zinaida Nikolaevna builds a dialogue, led to an aggravation of the conflict. I think this is why there are so many comments in the book of reviews, with the relatively recent operation of the store.
Not knowing the law "On Consumer Protection", ignoring the rules of the internal labor regulations fixed in this trade facility (hiding the badge), conflict, all this casts great doubt on the compliance of the head of the position. the department of Korizna Zinaida Nikolaevna.

The buyer has the right, in accordance with Article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Consumer Rights Protection", to demand compensation for moral damage caused to the consumer as a result of violation by the seller of his rights.
Article 16 of the Law on Consumer Protection provides for administrative liability for improper information about the product. If the seller refuses to sell the product at the showcase price or does not want to compensate the buyer (the margin between the value of the purchased product and its showcase price), this entails administrative punishment.
For violation of the rules of trade and provision of services to the public, Part 1 of Article 12.17 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus on Administrative Violations, administrative liability is provided in the form of a fine of up to 10 basic units. And for committing such an act repeatedly within one year after the imposition of an administrative penalty – the imposition of a fine from 10 to 30 basic units.
P.s It would seem that the situation was so simple that it was necessary to elevate it to the rank of a conflict that ended with such a review, I will tell you that it was necessary to try.
