The driver arrived, 2 movers on their own. They loaded everything into a minibus, but the driver did not let me sit down with them to go - they say, there are only 2 passenger seats, the movers will go with me. I call the dispatcher - and they're all there at the same time, and just as rudely, the dispatcher says that I should have said in advance that I had to go with them. But how do I get into the apartment where they transport my things? The divorce did not end there. We drove up to the very entrance, but we have to walk a little bit to the elevator from the front door. The movers say it's far from the entrance, more than 25 m, pay extra. And my apartment, they say, is far from the elevator on the floor. They didn't even want to unload my things and leave with them, it only worked when I threatened to call the police. Dispatchers are a separate topic, the same boors as the driver begin to threaten and say that the pre-delivery amount was not negotiated and pay as much as they say.. Everyone here - the dispatcher, the driver, the movers - conspired to divorce clients for money.
As a result, several porcelain and glass items were also broken, although they warned that it was a fragile cargo and it was written on the boxes.
There is only one conclusion - this is a scam of the most honest water! Be vigilant, bypass the Motor-M company by the tenth road! Don't be fooled, save your nerves and money.

If you are planning a big move, run away from this company! Moving is difficult enough, but with these operators and the organization you will feel the full load of your luggage, and you will also experience plenty of boorish emotions for yourself!!!!! This is a real Sharashkin's office, and the whole problem is with the operators. I ordered a car a week before the move, on the day of the move they called me back an hour before the appointed time and said that the car and movers would be replaced, but there would definitely be new ones at 10. And then it started. The driver called me, then the loader separately, I eventually organized them myself, what, where and how to go. The loader was traveling from the other side of Kiev in general and it took him at least 2.5 hours to get there. Therefore, how did they expect that he would be with us at 10? Is unknown. All this happiness started with a delay of 1.5 hours, and I called the operator myself and warned them about it. As a result, one loader did not get there at all, and the guy worked and loaded everything himself. Accordingly, this is twice as long as two movers would have worked, he dragged everything well to us and there are no complaints against him.
As a result, we were given a higher amount due to the downtime of the machine. But wait a minute, you provided us with one loader, he worked longer, and accordingly why should we overpay for a simple car more? I was trying to figure out this situation with the operator. They made everyone there to blame, but not themselves, it was still an hour of clarification and complaints about the loader, they say he is to blame, and that's it. The money, all that we paid, went to some Uncle who the driver worked for.
I have not seen such boorish treatment in the service for a long time, the client suffers, the employees also do not get what they are supposed to, but the operator does not care, they are not responsible for their work and do it terribly and with problems for the client! With big problems!
