As soon as the diagnosis was carried out, they reported the causes of the breakdown, showed photos, explained why it happened and notified about possible risks during repair. Throughout the repair, they were notified of changes and successes, accompanying everything with explanations. I would like to share my case. I own a Xiaomi Mi Gaming laptop. One day it stopped turning on. The key feature of these laptops is that for some reason there are no schematic diagrams for them, without which repair becomes something impossible. In most services, no one will undertake the restoration of such a laptop. However, they did not refuse me here and after a while they completed this seemingly impossible task. First of all, I don't want to seem like an ungrateful client, I'm just dissatisfied with the quality of the work. Half a year ago, I handed over a Redmi 4x phone to replace the screen. The manager who took the smartphone is very polite and pleasant to communicate with. The work was done on time, but what I want to say. The screen is slightly different, of course, it is darker. The protective glass was glued well. But what is terribly annoying is that the screen stops responding in some places. i.e. problems with typing. This case is floating, of course I could come to you, but the screen is working. Also, the back cover was crushed during the replacement, well, this does not upset me much, after all, these phones are hard to disassemble. Yes, and upon acceptance it is indicated that the phone is not new. But a poorly responding screen, a smartphone's backside that is not crushed cannot be compared to the fact that dust began to fall under the smartphone, the front camera suffers, it also got under the back, the smart focuses poorly. I'm kind of upset, but not so upset that I'm throwing a bad review. Please be understanding, and I hope this review will increase the level of repair, and the screens will be glued, and the case will not suffer during disassembly, and the quality of the screen, which simply does not respond, will work correctly. In general, I will still contact you here to repair my smartphone, in general I am satisfied with the service, I eat cash everywhere.

I want to express my deep gratitude to the GSM-CITY service center for restoring the photos deleted from the camera flash drive. My child's entire childhood is there. Before that, I contacted two service centers, but they refused me, apparently this is not an easy task (besides, my USB flash drive was faulty). And what was my surprise when this center agreed to try to restore at least some of the photos. And when I got a call from the service center and was told that they had restored all the photos, there was no limit to happiness and joy! I can safely recommend this service center, as professionals in their field work there, I was convinced from my own experience. I will only apply there myself now!
