Very often, the organization holds competitions of various classes, in which a large number of children take part. The internal area where parents and accompanying persons can stay during tournaments is very small. There are not enough chairs. The wardrobe is an ordinary metal hanger with self-service. The appearance of the toilets is simply depressing, there are no towel rails. Don't higher-level organizations have the opportunity to find a more suitable building and create normal conditions there for both chess players and visitors? There is a very good example - this is the RCOP on K. Marx.
