Finding a good secretary is a problem nowadays. After a 3-week search for a candidate, we contacted the agency. The selection criteria are transparent, and so are the conditions. The first applicants for the position were presented 3 days later. Good specialists with experience, but our company did not rush, we also looked at others. The current secretary was found a week after the appeal. On all points, we are satisfied, he performs the work in good faith. We needed such a specialist. We are happy, thank you. Unfortunately, most of what is promised on the website, as well as in personal conversations, is not being fulfilled. 1.Resumes are sent that do not correspond to the application 2.The number of resumes sent is very small, you have to invite everyone in a row so that there is at least some choice 3. People are not introduced to vacancies at all or tell completely different duties, you have to do this work yourself on the spot. All candidates said that the interview lasted no more than 5 minutes, and then online, sometimes with poor-quality communication. 4No recommendations are provided to the selected candidates and they are not collected at previous jobs (we were given a pregnant woman, whom I eventually left two months later, first on sick leave, then on vacation for 25 days, with payment of all appropriate benefits). They refused to look for a free replacement, since this is not a contract dismissal. They also refused to return the money. A lot of time has been spent, and we are still without employees. So they also did their work for their own money.
