The room was warm and cozy. The hotel's convenient location is close to ski lifts, restaurants and a Spar store.

The hotel is clean, the staff is polite, the rooms are warm. The only thing in the sky room is that there are no shoe dryers. The language of communication is mainly Russian, sometimes broken English

Two-star devices. And they stand like a good hotel. Some kind of collective farm hostel. The only good location is at the ski lift.

The perfect location. 50 meters to the ski lift and to the store. The apartments are quite well planned, but their decoration, furniture and condition are very different, since the owners are different. Poor reception service. The adjacent territory is almost not well maintained. Chronically unable to clear the ice near the entrances. The nearest garbage can is 200 meters away.

Excellent location - next to the ski lift. There are a lot of cafes, restaurants and bars nearby. The rooms themselves are comfortable, lived in a two-story attic. Everything you need is there, cleaning every 2 or 3 days.

Good location. The goodies in New Gudauri are much better. I was quite satisfied. Nice, new, renovated apartments. There is a cafe-restaurant, a shop and a lift around.

The staff is not hospitable We were in early 2020 But there was no snow!! They did not make concessions to reduce the number of days of stay, they were completely ignored by the landlord (they did not get in touch) But the location is great The cafe at Gudauri Palace is just GREAT!
