We rested from 23.07-29.07.2024. A wonderful place, I advise you to stay. Friendly, sensitive, caring hotel owners. I bow low for the cordiality and hospitality. The hotel is located 15 minutes from the sea, but this should not put you off. The hosts offer a transfer at any time, in both directions from and to the sea. The remoteness of the hotel, only the advantages (silence, panoramic views, sparsely populated, proximity to tourist sites, to which the transfer of the owners is also offered. Wonderful people... Thank you for a wonderful stay...

We had a rest in Bagrat in July and August. The guest house is a 15-minute walk from the sea, but at any time George can take you and bring you where you need, in addition, all the sights are located within walking distance. The place is very beautiful and colorful, the sea is clean, there are changing cabins and a summer shower on the beach. Susanna and George are warm, hospitable and very attentive hosts who will advise you where to go and answer all your questions. Great attention is paid to the cleanliness of the rooms and the territory. It was quiet and comfortable to relax, I liked everything, we will definitely return to this place again!

A very cool hotel.
Friendly hosts, always in touch.
Clean, spacious rooms, new comfortable furniture. Kitchen with all the necessary equipment. Perfectionism in cleaning (and throughout the territory). A swing for children, a cozy corner for adults. Wi-fi works flawlessly everywhere.
Convenient location: caves, fortress, three cauldrons, waterfalls
Shops and cafes are just around the corner. ATM is 5 minutes away (in the cave entrance building).
George will show you everything, tell you, take you.
Looking at the city in lights, sitting on the balcony, drinking homemade wine-beauty!

Clean , attentive hosts , delicious table wine . Transfer to the beach and back. If you walk 15 minutes slowly , there is a dining room on the way . It 's harder to climb from the beach .If you walk around the city , there are a lot of interesting things nearby , above the fortress, just below the cave, a park , a monastery , a waterfall, in general , come and see for yourself. No one got sick this time. Thank you for your hospitality!

Very friendly hosts! Good location, all the sights are within walking distance. The sea is about 15 minutes on foot. The owners always picked us up from any cafe, from the sea, by car, without any additional payment! The rooms are always clean, and soap sets are provided. The bathrooms are huge, all the plumbing is new!

I RECOMMEND IT! Excellent air-conditioned rooms, excellent renovation. Cleaning, linen change, are impeccable! A wonderful place, clean air and silence! If you are tired, you will be picked up from the beach and taken to the hotel, and vice versa. Friendly hostess and host, always in touch, and with attention to your comfort on vacation! The hotel is very cozy, clean, new furniture, there is a hairdryer, air conditioning, iron and even a hookah. Beautiful view from the window to the garden and a piece of the sea) The beds are insanely soft, which pleased me from a long way) The kitchen and dining room with lots of dishes. The convenient location of the hotel, all the sights are within walking distance. The hosts are the nicest people, they greeted us like old acquaintances with homemade wine and grapes) Susanna and George thank you for the warm welcome!

The hotel is located at the top of the city, but not far from the center, between the fortress and the Navoafon cave. To shops and cafes 5 min walk, to the sea 15 min. There is an observation deck 10m away. It is ideal if you travel by car.
Everything is new. They are constantly being cleaned: they sweep, clean, change towels and bed linen. There is a beautiful veranda with a kitchen for dinner or breakfast. This is not a guest house, but a mini-hotel. It was built according to the project, and not by the method of adding or adding something. The rooms are modern, the furniture, the beds and mattresses are on the same level. We stayed 5 nights, before that we lived 7 nights in another hotel and regretted a little that we did not immediately stay in Bagrat.
I would also like to thank George and Susanna for their sincere hospitality and pleasant communication. If we go back, it's just for you now. Thanks!

The place is gorgeous, the hotel is very good, friendly hosts. Despite the fact that we were with a car, we walked a lot, when the owners got tired, they picked us up for free and took us home. Everything in the hotel is very clean, just sterile. Everything is new. A cool courtyard and incredible views from the loggias. It seemed as if the best friends were visiting. Thank you very much to George and Susanna for their hospitality. The location of the hotel is great!!! Silence, peace, nature, mountain air.

A good place to relax, they are not on the first line, but for me it's even a plus, it's not so loud, and a walk in the morning and evening is useful) They also have a shuttle service to the sea. The room is well-groomed, clean, the owners are treated like family, very friendly. There is a shared kitchen.
