Everything would be fine if...For the first 3 days there was no hot water, but it was barely warm... cleaning the room on your own or for 300 rubles.. the bed linen has not been changed in 10 days, although I read that in 5 days.. there is no sound insulation at all and all trips to the toilet of the neighbors can be heard very clearly..and who has sex for how many minutes, too, according to the rhythmic creaks of the bed...

We booked this guest house through booking.com . The reservation was confirmed and guaranteed with a credit card. We came to check in, but no one was waiting for us. The owners said there were no places, look for other housing and not only did not apologize, but they were rude. It is better to book another accommodation to avoid trouble.

I talked to Inessa. A woman is neither fish nor meat. I booked 2 double rooms at the Booking in advance, 2 months in advance (there was a 100% payment). The payment has not been debited from the card in 2 months. It is useless to write on the Booking, in WA, no one answers. We paid on the spot in cash (for this, the hosts canceled the booking at the Booking Office and now it is impossible to leave a review there)
Positive:
+in the room: double bed, 2 tubes, coffee table, wardrobe, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, own bathroom
+there is a kitchen on site + dishes, washing machine
+nearby market
+10-15 minutes to the sea
+there is a decent dining room in the nearby hotel
Now the cons:
-we took a transfer from the guest house, the driver was waiting at the train station for 40 minutes
-we arrived at 8:30, we waited for Inessa to check us in for 20 minutes (because, quote-"She just likes to sleep with us"), they checked into one of the two rooms at 17:00 (was busy)
-the lights/water were turned off in the guest house every night
-there is one kettle in the kitchen for the entire guest house (there are many rooms), you will not wait in the morning
-electric stove (2 burners work), they heat very weakly
-detergent/dish sponges from you
-one wash in the washing machine 50p
- the rooms have not been cleaned once in a week
-sooo high audibility (you can hear people going to the toilet in the next room)
-beds and mattresses have been in need of replacement for a long time
-Wi-Fi did not catch well, periodically fell off, one day they forgot to pay and half a day it was not there at all
For this money, you can find better options, we will not go here a second time.
