We had a rest in August 2024. Everything was fine. The rooms are chic and clean. Beautiful territory. A clean swimming pool. Special thanks to the chefs in the cafe for the delicious food and large portions. The waiter girls Sali, Madina and Dina are kind, smiling and always prompt in choosing, they are very grateful. But... On the last day (the day of departure), due to a misunderstanding, apparently, all the great mood was spoiled. On the eve, when ordering a transfer, I was told that they would allow me to stay until 12 (without specifying in the room or in the courtyard on a bench) The transfer was ordered from Mikhalych. By 11, all the things were packed and stood at the door, and we, in turn, ate at a local cafe before leaving. We returned for our things at 11-05.... For which they received so many complaints and reproaches that they were not released on time. I want to note that upon arrival, and we checked in at 16 o'clock, the room was not fully ready, but we calmly waited without saying a word. In addition, when the car drove up behind us at 11:50 (transfer to 12 is ordered), once again we heard a lot of discontent that we were going for a long time (the children were in the toilet before the road). As a result, all the great mood and the impression of the holiday was spoiled. Therefore, minus 2 points. We were in Abkhazia for the first time. Will we come again? Necessarily. We will come here.... No!!! PS: most likely this is due to the fact that the excursions were taken on the side.

We had a rest in this guest house in August 2024! When we stopped by , we were pleased with the appearance , we thought we would have a great time 🙌

of the advantages, this is an improved room, beautiful, spacious and clean
The pool is big and clean too!

There is no kettle in the rooms or on the floors ! There is one kettle for economy rooms , we wanted to boil water , but the water is also paid , as it turned out , there is also no microwave on the territory !
All the food is only in the on-site cafe, I didn 't like the food! Most of the food has been heated since yesterday , especially the dried boat ! Ask what is fresh from the availability , although they answer everything 😀
If you want to sit in the evening or in the afternoon, then only in the rooms! On the territory of 🚫 by the pool as well
The owner came running and started yelling that go sit in the room on the balcony ! The horror 😩
So keep in mind that there is no recreation area!
It 's 7-10 minutes to the sea , the beach is a little dirty ! Market and dolphinarium 5-10 minutes

I liked everything very much!!!!!Polite,friendly,hospitable hostesses,excellent rooms in the new building in which we lived for 5 nights,new furniture,fresh renovation,there is a dining room on the territory, with a large selection of dishes!The prices are very reasonable, the portions are all large, and most importantly, all the dishes are cooked, you can lick your fingers!!!!!!We were very happy with our family!!!!!!

We rested from June 9 to 24, standard room, very comfortable, 2nd floor. The technique worked perfectly. On the terrace there is a table, 2 chairs, glasses. You can sit in the evening with a glass of wine. The food in the cafe is excellent, we have tried almost everything. The girls immediately take the order, they bring it quickly. We took excursions there, we didn't regret it. 8-10 minutes to the sea (spotted). By the end of the holiday, there were more people on the beach, but there was enough space for everyone. The market and the Pyaterochka store are within walking distance. Thanks to the staff, the rest was wonderful, we parted almost with tears. I want to go back.

Wi-Fi is generally a separate conversation, it hangs constantly.Cafes on the territory, they do not cook tasty, they impose dishes, bring large portions, respectively, and the price tag at the exit, an eternally screaming girl, two words from a verse, even the appetite disappears.The price tag for beer is 120, when in the center there are 75 in the top five. The owner imposes tours only from him, because he works in a travel agency.So, before making a choice, think about it. Of course, later we noted a lot of places where it is much cheaper and closer to the center and a good beach, but they take the money right away and had to contemplate all this.The "beach" that is in the vicinity, it sucks so much, you walk along some kind of collective farm trail and come to a squalid, abandoned, cluttered beach, horror, in a word. Of course, the closer to the center and the prices are lower and the beach is cooler!!! Living here is not worth the money, it's 100%

Unfortunately, for breakfast, you can order a menu only from the "breakfasts" page. Not a word about it anywhere.
Neither at the beginning of the menu, nor on the breakfast page itself.
Because for breakfast, I would like a vegetable salad. Tk or scrambled eggs with tomatoes, or with sausage. It is impossible to choose both. Just an omelet, but there's sausage.
The fried eggs were brought so overcooked that it is impossible to cut them.
The whole plate is covered in greasy stains.
The bill was carried for about twenty minutes. With a half-empty cafe.

Good afternoon. We rested here from 08/7.23 to 08/17.23. We were absolutely delighted. We stopped at the new building built this year, everything is beautiful marble floor, new furniture, room 24 square. Shower, refrigerator, air conditioning, comfortable beds. The balcony was furnished, which was very convenient in the evening. The bathroom is modern and everything is there. A cafe on the territory, which is very convenient, you do not need to run around looking for it. Some of the tables are in the garden, the shade is created by feijoa and persimmon trees.The food is very tasty, always fresh and there is a large selection. The hosts and staff are very nice people. The tours are offered by the owners themselves, the prices are normal for every taste. Many thanks to everyone for our wonderful vacation. Now only to you.

We do not recommend this place. You order a portion of shish kebab (100g on the menu) and 200g of farel. You say everything, they write everything down, and when they bring the receipt, they put it in front of the fact that you had 2 servings of shish kebab and 400g of farel. Not only was it not tasty, but they also seasoned it all with deception. Deserved 1 star.

We lived from 7 to 08/17/2023 in a new improved building (3rd floor). The furniture is new, the air conditioning is working, the amenities in the room. The food is delicious on site, the menu is for every taste, the prices are not high. The staff is excellent, you can book excursions.

Mikhalych insists on taking excursions from him. We went once, the driver was driving drunk on the way back from Lake Ritsa. In general, we thought we would not get there alive. They didn't take any more excursions from him, they heard enough negative things about themselves. There are no mosquito nets, there are a lot of mosquitoes. If there is a mosquito stain, then the fine is 5000 rubles. No towels were provided. Room cleaning is 500 rubles. The lights were turned off often, the rooms were hot, if you open the windows, there are mosquitoes. The generator was turned on only for cafes. But you can't sit downstairs, there's a cafe area. The food in the cafe is delicious, the portions are large. Waiters, if you do not gain a lot, do not take alcohol, come last. They just ignore it. Then the appliances will not bring, then you will wait for a regular salad for at least half an hour. Although others who came later, the same salad was brought a long time ago. You need to pay to them yourself, but they charge 10 percent for the service, even if you take a bun or lemonade right at the checkout. Don't walk in the corridors, don't run to children, they will be evicted. Do not turn on the music. Mikhalych is always trying to get him to go on dates with a nasty smile. If you don't want pleasant memories, then go to him.

Come here for a ruined vacation! You can't turn on the music, you can't sit outside at tables.. Nothing is allowed. They treat you disdainfully. Felix just ignores everyone and that's it.. Although room cleaning is indicated, it is not carried out (more precisely, for 500 rubles).. There are ants in the rooms! Waitresses don't want to work in a cafe at all. We waited for 20 minutes until they paid attention. Sometimes we had to carry and bring everything ourselves, and 10% of the service fee is already included in the bill! There is never any change. They consider everything in their favor.. And counting is also a nice thing! 100-200 rubles is not a normal thing to do here! The only good person is chef Larisa. The food is very tasty and the portions are large. Excursions booked in this place are just a risk to life! Mikhalych praised the tour and said that he had everything tested and the best ... But.. It just turned out to be a nightmare! They told me about it, but he said it wasn't his problem!

We booked a room in May and made an advance payment for the dates 16.07 - 28.07. 6 days before arrival, we were warned that we would not be able to come - unforeseen circumstances arose due to work. Felix shamelessly refused to refund the advance, referring to his own!!! losses and that the prepayment is for that and the prepayment is not refundable. Make conclusions about whether to contact such a person if you are not 100% sure that your trip will take place.

The vacation was a success, we did not wish that we had come to these kind and hospitable people.Mikhalych is a person who is the soul of any company, not when he will not leave without attention. He will advise you on the best way and help you solve any issue. The rooms have a super large bed and two small mattresses, all new bed linen, everything is clean, nice, fresh towels. Everything you need to relax. You won't want to come. And they also have a dining room. All dishes in the area of 100 rubles are always hot and fresh. The biggest plus Mikhalych is an excellent winemaker who makes wine himself, chacha, cognac has been tried all over Gagra, but there is no better than Mikhalych's.
