Excellent hotel, clean and comfortable, very friendly hosts. It is surrounded by greenery, literally across the street from the sea! There are many shops, cafes, canteens nearby. The sea is clear and deep! From the shore a few meters and a depth with a cuckoo). It's very difficult to get out of the sea, big galish! A sunbed of 200rubles for the whole day, these are the prices for July 2024. Special thanks to the owners of the hotel, they arrived in the morning and settled us in the morning!, and not at 14-00 as expected, they treated us humanely! Thanks! The linen is snow-white, the towel is clean, thanks again for the rest!

A very good hotel, very good hosts, a woman like a ray of sunshine, very smiling, kind.Two minutes to the sea, near a cafe, canteen, street food, coffee shop, ATM, grocery stores.Each room has a balcony and air conditioning, everything is made for people with a soul.The rooms are always clean and cozy.If we come next time, we will definitely choose Onyx.

The hotel is great! I recommend it! The sea is 3 minutes away. There are many shops and cafes nearby. Recreation areas. The dance floor. The hotel is very clean.
Each room has a balcony, bathroom, air conditioning, refrigerator, TV. Rooms with a choice of mountain or sea views. There is wi-fi. There is an ironing board and an automatic washing machine. car. The barbecue area. There is an inexpensive car parking nearby.A cozy quiet courtyard where you can hide from the sultry sun. The cost corresponds to comfort, but is not overpriced. Based on the results of a long search, I consider the Onyx hotel to be the best in Gagra. I've been here 4 times already. Considering all this, I recommend booking a room in the spring.

We stayed at this mini-hotel in July 2023. The location is good, 50 meters from the sea, there are canteens and cafes nearby. The staff is friendly and attentive. The bed was changed every 3 days. Many thanks to the hostess of the hotel Natalia. She quickly solved the issues and problems of the hotel guests. I recommend.

A decent hotel, hit by accident, moved from Ontario, moved out the next day, dirty and mildew.
Everything is clean in Onyx, the linen is fresh, garbage is taken away every day + toilet paper is issued every day. The only thing for 6 days was not cleaned at our place and did not change the bed and towel. In principle, it didn't seem to be dirty).The sea is 5 minutes, across the street. The only negative is the trains), noisy, the balcony was in the courtyard.

The guest house is just great! Great location! It is a 5-minute walk to the sea, it is NOT located near the carriageway, but as if inside the block, you can not hear the noise from the road and screaming music from cafes, which, I think, is important for recreation. The room has a large 2-bed, refrigerator, kettle, air conditioning, TV with multiple channels, Wi-Fi. Towels and bed linen are changed once every 3 days. Very clean, cozy. Each room has access to the balcony, where there is a table and 2 armchairs, it is so nice to drink coffee on the balcony in the morning or have a glass of wine in the evening! There is a carpet on the floor in the room, it is very pleasant to walk barefoot) There is a covered gazebo, a microwave, a barbecue where you can roast meat yourself. There are many cafes and canteens nearby. The price/quality is consistent. I highly recommend this guest house!

It's a good place.I put 4. because upon arrival, we were not provided with a room in good condition. A broken toilet seat, a broken lamp, a non-working Wi-Fi, a non-working TV. Yes, everything was fixed for us in one day. But, we ordered in advance. We were there three times, we were delighted. And here's the last time, disappointment😔yes, next to the sea, but without food, and the Internet, taking into account all excursions is very important. I hope the hostess will read and settle the issue with the claims and probably the staff!

A magnificent guest house!!! Everything is very clean, well maintained, a wonderful courtyard with a large covered veranda, the rooms are clean, I strongly advise you to take them with a balcony. Wonderful staff! And very close to the sea, but away from noisy establishments.

The location is good. Clear. There are towels. There are no soap operas. Close to the beach. The room was the last one on the floor, so Wifi was not observed. Half of the rooms overlook the mountains and the neighboring houses with their morning noise. The neighbors' activities can be clearly heard in the toilet.

Great location. It's two minutes to the sea. Shops, cafes, canteens are within walking distance. Well-maintained territory. In the yard there is a barbecue area, gazebo, swing. Everything in the rooms is thought out to the smallest detail. There is a small refrigerator, a kettle, mugs, glasses and plates. There is a table and chairs on the balcony. Very convenient. The room was cleaned and the trash was taken out every day.The bed and towels have not been changed once in six days. But they brought a roll of toilet paper.

Good afternoon! I really liked the Onyx Hotel! Excellent location in Gagra. The rooms are clean, cozy, and comfortable. All issues were resolved with the hostess of the hotel without delay. The staff is very helpful.
The sea is very close, the beach is clean, equipped with a shower, a changing room, sun beds (100 rubles per day). There are canteens, cafes, shops, pharmacies nearby.
The overall impression is wonderful!

We rested with my husband for one week. I liked everything very much!Friendly and helpful staff! Special thanks to Natalia, a very good woman (she helped get to the place and organized a return transfer to the airport)! EVERYTHING IS VERY CLEAN!Bed linen is changed every three days + general room cleaning, garbage is taken out daily. The rooms have excellent plumbing and air conditioning!Each room has a private balcony. The sea is 50 meters away. Everything is fine!I recommend it!
