Today I visited this store in order to purchase the first guitar for a child. The impression was not pleasant. The seller preferred to have conversations with the young man to divert the topic, she ignored the request for help. Couldn 't choose for themselves😔The child was upset 😢The only conclusion is that if you don't know what you need or you don't have your own consultant, they won't tell you.

A very mediocre attitude to the etiquette of communicating with clients.
Maybe I'm misunderstanding something, but the situation is as follows: one seller serves one client, the second one seems to be free (goes to the counter), I turn to him on a question, he starts to show / explain to me, at the same moment begins to fill out some papers (perhaps a guarantee for client 1). I ask a question in the continuation of the dialogue, they do not answer me. I think I was not heard, I repeat the question. They answer me sharply: "Can't you see I'm busy!?" I regard this as a rude offer to come in another time, and I'm heading for the exit. "Can't you wait a little longer?" is flying at my back. and after a couple of seconds, the answer to my question.
Although if she had just said "wait a minute, pj," it would have been much more tactful.
I can't say much about the product. I liked the guitar cord and strings. But the guitar holders, sometimes, even look very poor quality. It is not clear how they reach the counter at all with such visual defects.
