Great hotel, solid top five, no frills. Perfect cleanliness in restaurants and rooms. Fast service, the staff is very polite and friendly, quick check-in. A great new water park for children and adults, located in the shade of trees, which is very convenient. Excellent gentle entry into the sea, suitable for children, always moderate waves. A variety of animations, for all ages, an excellent professional show every day, followed by live music, separate entertainment for children in the form of chemical shows, clowns, inflated play complexes. But if, in addition to all of the above, you want to see a modern design interior in the rooms, restaurant and territory, then this is not here. I definitely recommend the hotel.

You can safely go here. The children have something to do. Only one thing I don't understand))) why don't the children turn on the lights on the football field in the evening??? Poor people run around in the dark, some of them light up in front of them with a flashlight)) They went twice, asked, and refused us. They explain this by the fact that it is traumatic to play in the evening))) is it safe to run in the dark???)))) if children, you love and want to play football, outside of their sporting events, then take the ball with you, the animators take the ball and do not give it out later, also referring to some kind of safety))))). We took a ball and a hand pump with a needle. Well, this is a normal hotel.

Chen is a good hotel, delicious food, good drinks, a children's and adult water park, 3 adult pools, including 1 lounge, 2 children's pools, 1 in a water park with slides.
There is a children's club where you can leave children over 4 years old under supervision, works until 23 hours. Animators work, 2 or 3 times a week a themed children's party with contests and competitions is held. There is a game club with slot machines for older children, but we haven't been there. There is a lot of varied food, you can eat at any time and, again, everything is delicious. A very convenient restaurant near the children's water park, we often had lunch there.
The hotel has a large and well-groomed territory, a lot of different vegetation, in the pool next to the water park it is pleasant to lie in the shade under the pines, feel the scent of pine needles. The entrance to the sea is rocky, but pleasant, without corals. There is a pier.
The room is cleaned every day, normal (there was no dust even under the beds). At any time of the day, you could find free sun loungers both by the sea and by the pool.

An authentic hotel with a beautifully manicured grounds. It's great for children, but I don't recommend it without children, the number of children is huge and very annoying. A large beautiful water park. The rooms are normal, we didn't have enough light, it's dark in the evening. There are few toilets on the beach, their condition screams loudly that it's time to make repairs. They still occupy sun beds in the morning, they do not take towels away, the beach attendants do not monitor this. Fortunately, there are a lot of sun beds, you can always find a place. The service falls far short of 5. I didn't like the food, it was monotonous, tasteless, alas, we are fastidious in food and there is something to compare it with. Conclusion: such money is not worth it, it does not reach 5.

Pretty quick check-in, we were given cards in the 12th building, located near the reception, great for relaxing with children, you can leave the balcony open, silence) The rooms are spacious, cleaned every day, drinks, chips, baby juices are replenished in the refrigerator.
The territory is very well maintained, all in greenery👌
The restaurant is large, there are always places, the staff is smiling, they will help, bring, prompt.
Meat turkey, beef, fish (no frills, minimum) lamb. Lots of greens, fruits, sweets, ice cream.
From baby juices, chocolate / milkshakes, mixes, fruit jars, kefirs.
In principle, if you do not find fault, everything is good and delicious with the food in this hotel!
Bartenders make good cocktails👍
From adult entertainment : darts, water polo, volleyball, there is a gym, everything is going on with interest, the staff is very interested 🎯🏐🏆

Animators are actively calling for a master class (to make pizza, a bracelet) The room for kids is very tiny, but there are at least some toys there. The children are not particularly watched, they are there on their own.On the second day, the children refused to go there, because there was simply nothing to do (In the evening there were different shows, it was interesting there, different life-size dolls, spider-man shows, children were treated to cotton candy and lollipops at the stadium, different games were arranged, in general, evening children's activities are good.
Adult shows are also super, good preparation and a decent level, not two clops and three clops, but a different theme every day, I really liked it 👍
There is a good water park on the territory, a 4-year-old child himself rode down the slides, of course under the supervision of adults, the only thing is the water is icy, we went to lunch to get fried and into the water.
The on-site swimming pool is large and warm.
Despite the full workload, the people were not felt, they always found a place to relax everywhere.

There are a lot of people, about 2000. Problems with sun beds on the beach and tables in the restaurant. The menu is varied, but quite simple.
A nice room on the ground floor of a villa with a pool for several rooms, but despite the 1st floor you have to go down and up the stairs to the second floor level. It's not a bad kids' club. A good four for families with children. The sea is good, but muddy because of the sand, there are pebbles at the entrance, and the sand on the beach is a dirty gray color. It's not worth the money.

We really liked the hotel. Starting from the reception, a pleasant impression is formed. We arrived at 7 a.m., checked in immediately, for which special thanks! The room had a separate dressing room, which is very convenient, and a spacious bathroom. The room has everything you need, if something is missing, they bring it very quickly. There are no complaints about cleaning the room on the days when the maid assigned to the room was cleaning. A couple of times she had a day off, these days the cleaning was not of such high quality, but acceptable.
There are also no questions about the restaurant: a large selection of fruits, vegetables, meat, there is always fish, seafood not every day, but there were crabs, squid, shrimp, mussels, crayfish, langoustines.
The view from the terrace of the a la Card restaurant is very beautiful, but I can't say that I liked the restaurant very much. Not that it's tasteless, but it's not a delight either. In addition, there were traces of lipstick on one of the glasses.
On the second floor, in addition to a la Card restaurants, there is a pastry shop, here it is wonderful, desserts and ice cream are super!
The water park is excellent, the beach, in general, is also not bad, there are always free sun beds.
There is animation, but it is very unobtrusive.
The well-planned territory of the hotel creates the feeling that there are few vacationers, although the load was 100%.
We didn't notice any significant disadvantages, we had a great time!

We liked it. It is located not far from the airport. The territory itself is large and well maintained. Convenient location : the water park is in one place further from the rest. swimming pool , playground, play area,restaurant and bars closer to the sea . Somehow everything is compact and thought out . No one bothers anyone. We were at the end of May , the temperature was comfortable . There aren 't many people .the room is cleaned every day. I was satisfied. The food is delicious and varied , everyone will find it for themselves , for small children they are served separately in the children's club. The animation really let me down ( I'm writing it off at the beginning of the season ) and what didn't happen was discos)))) we sang live , well , so - so event . The sea is beautiful, you go to the sea, take a towel, you can leave everything on the sun beds, they will take everything away, you don't need any cards on the towel. Great hotel. Small 2 and 3 storey cottages. There are 50+ rooms in 3 floors. The territory is large, well maintained and beautiful. There are several turtles and a dozen guinea fowl walking on the territory. There is a water park with children's and adult slides. For adult slides, only children from 10 years old and above 120 cm. The beach is sand, but there are pebbles closer to the water and the entrance is a little less pleasant because of the pebbles, but not critical. You can go down through the pier. The food is excellent. There is a large selection, although not all dishes are delicious, but you can always choose several very tasty dishes. Steaks and pastries are very tasty. The staff is very polite and always tries to help. On Saturdays there is a gala concert, in the evening in the main restaurant at the entrance ladies are presented with a rose, live music is played. After 22 - fireworks. At 20:30 children's shows (not very impressed), and at 21:30 - already on the main stage of the show - it is interesting for both adults and children. The water park has a 1m 20 cm pool, and in front of the beach there is a small pool for kids about 30 cm and a large 1m 40 cm. In bars, alcohol is most likely local and cocktails are not always delicious. But you can always find something to your liking. Very tasty freshly squeezed orange juice.

We had a vacation with my husband in the second half of September. The hotel is very nice. Large territory, excellent rooms. The food is amazing, this has never been seen before. The sun beds are soft and comfortable. The only thing is that the entrance to the water is pebbly (small pebbles) and very sharp. Literally two steps and already up to the waist. We were fine. Nice hotel. It's a good one, not a great one.

The advantages are standard, a good fitness club and yoga, a water park is also nothing, you can relax, but if you want a suite, not here. Bad organization of everything. Great hotel, I recommend it! I have never seen a hotel so child-oriented yet, and we never use a mini club. Once a week, there are children's gala evenings with inflatable trampolines, an obstacle course, a sitting on a bull, a mini magician show and a soap bubble show. They conduct various master classes, treat with cotton wool, cockerels and apples in caramel on a stick. A car also arrives and the children paint it with paints. A couple of days later, small rides were brought. It is worth noting the evening shows for children on the territory of the miniclub and for adults on stage. I really liked the performances of magicians and illusionists. We were during the euro period and the matches were broadcast both on stage and in bars, the atmosphere is of course super. The territory is small, but green and well maintained. The hotel was filled to the maximum, but there were no people at all. The rooms may be old, but our room is quite suitable for us. The cleaning is good, brushes, razor, paste, shaving foam were replenished immediately if they saw that we were using it. We lived in building 25. In our opinion, this is the best location. We lived on the ground floor. We read in the reviews that ants. There were none in our room at all. They were seen on the street. I contacted the hotel earlier and asked them to give us this particular building and they heard me!!!! The food is good and of high quality. There was everything from veal tails to zucchini pancakes. There were shrimp a few times. Once a week there is a fish dinner - Crayfish, grilled shrimp, 4 types of red fish, rolls....Personally, I didn't have enough red fish for breakfast every day, not every other day, and fried bacon and noodles. (Rixos in the Emirates got us hooked on this) and so there are no complaints about nutrition. Of course, it is the same in fact, but there is so much of it that for 7 nights you can eat different things, or all at once every day))) The staff is great! In restaurants, the service is fast, they will always ask about drinks and bring them. The tables are cleaned quickly. A separate respect is the water park. He's a surer. It is large, located essentially in the shade. There is an aquamassage pool (something like a Jacuzzi) slides for any fear and age) I didn't take a chance on adults))) I wrote about the beach separately, it corresponds to the level of the hotel! Good quality alcohol. 4 types of bottled beer, energy Bern and strong standard set of chivas, jack, red label, Jager mester and others. In general, I recommend it! Will we come back here, I think so, but only when we visit all the hotels in Turkey of this level.

It's a good hotel, but at the moment it's not 5 stars if you live in an ordinary room. Maybe Pool Villas are a stretch, and that's unlikely. Of the unequivocal advantages: an excellent water park on the territory, a good children's center, standard alcohol is poured without restrictions. The buildings, the territory and the usual rooms are tired in places, the plumbing is battered, etc. The air conditioner worked the first week for cooling, the second for heating, regardless of the settings in the room. The kitchen left a strange impression - the variety of snacks and desserts is clearly made for show, because a couple of them a day are excellent, and the rest are either tasteless or tasteless. Some of the dishes are clearly made from leftovers from the previous day. Perhaps because we stopped by 2 weeks before closing time and were already leaving the closed hotel. It is also possible that this is why the contingent has deteriorated very much in the last week: a crowd of Lithuanians drove in, who behaved disgracefully. The staff has the least questions - the waiters and bartenders are trained and work flawlessly. The beach is cleaned, but the sand is either not cleaned, or very selectively.

The hotel is good, except for two points: security (vacationers without bracelets, while leaving the hotel and returning, no one looked at us, vouchers, room number or last name were not asked. The guard was sitting with her head down. The second disadvantage is animation. Of the 6 shows I saw, only 2 were liked. The rest were as uninteresting and strange as possible. Acrobats in suits in the form of bodies without skin, on another show half of the program were dancing against the background of a skull, on another day an acrobat stood on his hands over a sword, in case of a mistake, children and adults would have been provided with impressions of np all their lives, on another show psychedelic dancing. We went to the room before the end of the performance, as it was all unpleasant and uninteresting to watch. And at the same time, almost all vacationers, if not 100%, were with children. We haven't seen a children's disco either.
There were waves on the sea in the evening all the days. The sand is grayish, there are pebbles near the shore.
They can't cook porridge. Semolina porridge is just apparently filled with hot milk, rice porridge is tasteless.
The attitude of the staff is excellent, everyone responds quickly, friendly and smiling, did not have to wait long at the bar. Food, drinks, including alcoholic, are super. Towels are given out without cards. The cleaning is good. The water park is wonderful, the only thing is that the water in it was very cold, the coldest of all the pools, and there were no slides for children 3-5 years old. Also very important: beds with very high mattresses, a 4-year-old child fell((
Vacationers were mostly Germans, Turks and Poles. There are few Russians. The Ala kart (marine) restaurant on the 4th floor did not cause delight. Squid is very fatty, in batter, shrimp is also in oil, octopus burned on the grill. The wine is delicious. The choice is very small in the menu for all dishes. Children are only offered fast food. There is only one dessert on the menu. We went for free in honor of the birthday. If the ala kart restaurant were paid, it would be a shame at all.
As a result of the rest, we lost: a children's eight-piece vest, on other days children's swimming goggles, a hair band.

But, there is one drawback, small, but terribly annoying! There are a lot of cars driving around the hotel, staff cars, like golf carts. And they drive like our frostbitten scooters. A good hotel, we were given a great Family room, but the holiday experience was spoiled by an individual transfer to the airport, which we ordered through the hotel reception. An old minibus with NO air conditioning arrived for us 15 minutes late (without apologies)!!! We were with two children and drove to the airport in traffic jams for more than an hour just in the microwave! The youngest child almost got a heatstroke…I tried to find the hotel's contacts to write directly and for the hotel management to find out the situation and explain it somehow, but I couldn't find any contacts, so I'm writing on Yandex.

The entrance to the sea is good, there are always a lot of sunbeds on the beach. I really liked that towels are given just like that without cards and other things.The children really liked the kids' club. You won't be hungry, but you will stand in line for the sometimes primitive dishes themselves, for example rice. Pay attention to the boiled eggs, they are not washed. The staff is very slow and calm too much. Very little is spoken in Russian. The rooms are cleaned well. We liked the animation, it wasn't boring. Of the minuses, all the same, the staff at 3 and the toilets on the beach are poorly cleaned.

The first impression was twofold, a large hotel, you have to walk a lot from the building to the sea, to the restaurant, the Jacuzzi did not work in the hammam, but after spending literally 2-3 days there, he fell in love with us 💖
The hotel has many interesting locations, a chic mini club with loopholes inside and outside, a game area under a canopy on the beach, an impressive water park, a large selection of drinks and ice cream, very comfortable sun beds on the beach and you could always find a place, towels without cards and queues!
The check-in took place immediately upon arrival, we had a two-room room and one balcony overlooking the water park, I asked to change it, because the child has a nap and it can be noisy, they changed it to another without any problems.
Our child, at 3.5, usually does not ride in strollers, but here he really got tired of walking and asked for a stroller, rented it for 10 euros a day and the problem went away 😊
The reception is responsive, the bartenders and waiters are all polite and positive, the room was cleaned daily, Dave shampoo and shower gel, slippers, bathrobes, toothbrushes, paste, lotion, razor, shaving foam, pliers, file and even condoms, everything will be waiting for you in the room 🙏
The water park occupies a separate place in this list, it is Super 👍

We just arrived from Gyural. I liked the hotel. One of the best family hotels. The territory is small, but beautiful. However, in places the lawn should have been better cared for. The rooms are small. Accessories in the maximum set, especially a suitcase in the bathroom (up to pads and a condom). The rooms were cleaned every day. Food - there seemed to be a lot of food, but we took it only in those places where the chefs cooked on the spot. There were a lot of fish, seafood too (sushi, shrimp, crayfish). A large selection of fruits and sweets. Very tasty ice cream in the restaurant. In bars near the pool and the water park, Algida, Magnum ice cream in packages. At the Movenpick pastry shop. It's a pity that the bakery only works during the day.
There are only 3 a la carte restaurants. If other hotels give 1 free trip to a la carte, then there is no such thing. The staff is friendly and courteous.
The children will definitely like it in Gural. A large water park for both small children and adults, and in the pool (120cm deep) the circular flow is cool. The main pool is large, 140 cm. There is a small one next to the kids and under a canopy.
Vacationers are divided into three zones (beach, pool and water park), so there are free sun beds everywhere.
The children's club is open from 10.00 to 23.00, there is a good playground inside and outside. Evening children's shows are different. Sometimes it was so-so (for actors, just to work out and get out faster, they played without enthusiasm), some shows were interesting (paper show, magic tricks, actor with balloons). Kids fest is held once a week - inflatable rides / entertainment, the children liked it. But the mini-disco is kind of boring. The main musical evening shows are also interesting. There is a gala evening on Saturdays. Smartly dressed staff presents roses to women, musicians play violins at the entrance to the restaurant. Sufficient attention is paid to the events. There was also a foam party with a DJ.
There is a spacious gym, a gym with exercise equipment and a separate gym for fitness classes. It's bad that the indoor pool is only open during the "off season".
We wanted to swim at lunchtime (especially in 40-degree heat) or in the evening, but we broke off.
The big disadvantage for me was the beach and the entrance to the sea. The beach itself is sandy, but for some reason only the passages between the sunbeds were cleaned, and from the sea side they were not cleaned, there were mixed with stones. Good afternoon! Today is the final day at the hotel! We checked in at 14:30, took a room with a pool, pool villa, ground floor, large, with a bathtub and shower! The room has everything you need! There is a very small pier on the sea, without sun beds, there are enough sun beds on the beach and a towel without cards! There is no reception and lobby, a small room, which surprised me very much! The whole hotel consists of 2/3 storey buildings!
With food, of course, there is trouble here, for 10 days shrimp once, at lunch you stand and wait until they fry, everything is scarce! In the evening they entertain, bars with imported drinks, ice cream popsicle Magnat! Today, on the day of departure, I came to buy an extension, they didn't even listen to me, go to the sea, with a child and wash in the spa, and the hotel is not full! Very good spa, come in and warm up, everything is beautiful, clean and friendly staff! There is a gym, it is open from 7 am!
There is a bar near our villa, lovely and kind girls!
In the evening, you can sit in a closed glass bar, there are not many places, you can buy a hookah on the street!
There is also a water park, clean, beautiful, there are enough sun beds, there is a bar on site, a shop, open from 10/18:00
Children are entertained to the fullest here!!!

we visited this hotel 2 times in 2022 and 2023 with a family and a company of 20 people. overall, fun and lots of activities.
plus - animators, entertainment program and water park. the one who is responsible for this program is WELL DONE.
of the minuses - food and a canteen. it's very monotonous and up to a fig of people. alyakart restaurants for food are also bad. the chef obviously saves money and does not make decent dishes.

A good premium hotel. There are several buildings on the territory of 3-4 floors. There are buildings with a closed territory and their own swimming pool. There are 2 communal pools. One big and one small. Plus its own water park with several more pools. 5 restaurants. You can eat at any time of the day. There is a spa and a children's camp. The beach is sand, but the entrance is pebbles. The nearest town is 20 minutes on foot. Antalya is a little over an hour away by bus.

Family holidays at Gural Premier Belek from August 12 to 24, 2023
The transfer from the airport takes about 40 minutes.
We were at the hotel for about 14 hours. We immediately moved into Building 24, Room 2452 with a view of the children's water park.
The hotel consists of a number of two- and three-storey buildings surrounded by magnificent pines, palm trees, bananas, acacias, and various flowering shrubs. It is very pleasant to walk through the beautiful tennis grounds to the beach or to the restaurant.
The room is small, modern design. I did not observe any defects in the repair) For the 3rd person there is a normal bed, not a cot, as in many hotels. The mini-bar has cola, fanta, water, juices, beer, chocolate, chips, salted sticks.
In the bathroom there is a Jacuzzi, bubble bath, washcloth.
From soap accessories: shampoo and shower gel in dispensers, lump soap. The box contains a hat, cotton pads, cotton buds, nail file, clippers, shaving kit, toothbrushes, paste, gasket and condom). There is also body lotion and paper napkins.
The safe is free and large with an outlet inside. Bathrobes, slippers. There is no beach bag.
Wi-Fi is working fine throughout the territory.
There is a cool water park with lots of slides. Both children and adults. I have never seen such a great baby in any hotel.
There is no need to go to aqua parks separately. There are no queues. You are not afraid to burn when climbing the slides, because you climb up in the shade of plants. There is a family super slide for 3-4 people with a scary vibrating descent. It is a pity that one slide for adults did not work.
The food is normal. My husband didn't have enough seafood, I didn't have enough salmon. The fish that was given was, as for me, not tasty. For the first time in a Turkish hotel I meet not tasty fish. But there was a lot of chicken, turkey, beef, lamb, etc.
Lots of vegetables, herbs and pastries. From fruits: apples, pears, bananas, grapefruit, oranges, watermelons, melons, plums, peaches, cherries. Orange juice (at first I thought it was fresh, because there is a lot of pulp) can be drunk at any meal, and it is also available in any bar.
There are many bars on site where delicious cocktails are made. A beautiful pitch. You can take it in glass, you can take it in plastic.
Ice cream Magnate, Cornette, Movenpick in restaurants, bars, coffee shops (in the clock tower) for free.
Ala-kartov 3. 20 euros per person. We didn't go. Turkish a la carte is located right next to the elevator, where people constantly walk past from the fitness center and from the spa.
There are sun beds with thick comfortable mattresses on the beach and near the pool. Also, music by the pool is played only during sports and entertainment events. The rest of the time is quiet)
There is a fitness center with a group program room! Excellent fitness instructors Alfiya, Anastasia, Olga, instructors from Sweden Malena and Jonathan invited by the aerobic weekend program. Yoga, pilates, booty work, pelvic (hip joint exercises), crossfit, tabata, step, aqua aerobics, etc. were just fire! Thank them very much!
Animators conduct interesting daytime games. It's just a pity that it's not every day. Also, sports events are not held in parallel with a foam party and when a crocodile trampoline is inflated in the pool. Volleyball is stable 2 times a day.
The evening shows are amazing. Invited dance shows, circus performers, magicians. No amateur activity.
Great performances for children are Alice in Wonderland, Trolls, Aladdin, etc.
We visited the spa with my husband. Sports massage + deep tissue massage =$150 The spa has a chiropractor who, for $100, will do an excellent massage with twists and point work.
The hotel does not have bracelets and there are no cards for towels. Which is very convenient.
Many hotel staff, including room cleaners, speak Russian.
I would like to note the excellent work of the bar-men and restaurant staff.

One of the best family hotels I've ever been to! It is "family", and you will hear this word many more times, because this hotel is really very family-run. Of the inconveniences, I will only note that the reception hall is very small, which can cause difficulties for visiting tourists. This is a minus, since the structure itself could have been done much more. Next, let's go through the order:
1) There are many pools in Gural, children's pools, there is also a water park, a spa. There is a lot of entertainment for children, different kinds of shows are held every day. Live music is played in the evenings, which lasts until 12 o'clock at night. There are also discos near the stage once a week. Unfortunately, there is no closed disco that would work at night, but this, as the hotel staff told me, is due to the fact that the hotel is very family-run. As a lover of hanging out, I lacked a lot in order to have fun at this hotel;
2) The staff is really pleasant, sociable, ready to help if you need anything. Also, as for the language aspect, Russian tourists will have no problems, since the staff here speaks Russian at a basic level, and English is generally at a decent level;
3) There are all the services that you will need in your room, all the villas are beautiful, but some differ in their size;
4) I can also add that there were a lot of Russian tourists at the hotel, which means that you can find a common language with others here;
5) There are all kinds of activities, there are shops where, of course, the prices for any things are simply fabulous.
As a result, I can recommend this hotel 100 percent for people who are going to come here with their families! For bachelors and lovers of having a good time, there is nothing to catch here, except for peace and quiet!!

Very nice hotel!
Exceeded expectations!
However, at first it was not very good, they were not impressed in the meeting area, they arrived late in the evening, but the next morning the hotel opened up and opened with all the colors, well-groomed and beautiful, green territory, goodies and delights.
I recommend it for recreation, everyone is comfortable, both adults and children! The children's water park is wonderful, it has been open since April, although there are no children yet.
Every evening entertainment for guests, animation works well! The hotel staff is friendly and attentive! The food is delicious, the range of drinks is decent,
The price-quality is consistent!

We had a rest in September 2023 with four people - 3 adults and 1 child. The hotel is average. That is not bad, but it depends on where you have been before. We liked the papillon network much more.
Positive:
1. Large and cozy territory, all sorts of partridges, cats, turtles.
There are many rooms in the shade of palm trees, which is very pleasing.
2. An updated water park, but it is not suitable at all for kids. About 3-4 years old.
3. Large and wide beach
4. Nice rooms, we had a 2-room. I liked that there were 2 balconies.
5. All sorts of entertainments for children.
6. Walk to Belek about 2km, and a very good sidewalk. A taxi costs 5-6 EUR/USD and takes 5 minutes. So you can walk.
7. Cleaning is nothing, everything was replenished daily too.
Minuses:
1. Och a lot of people, it seems that more than it should be. Some stupid queues for food, created simply because of the stupid organization of the process. Everyone is running around like crazy.
2. The food is so, well, without any frills, soups are tasteless. There is really no children's table, it is rented in a children's club, and this is a completely different building. In Papillon, it was convenient that the children's table was right in the general restaurant and the children helped themselves.
3. The water in the pools is icy. In the water park, no one watches how and who rides. Children collide, hence the injuries. It's also slippery around the pools, with us the guy fell and cut his chin.
4. They smoke everywhere, just everywhere. There are children nearby, they smoke here. There are no designated smoking areas. All together.
5. I do not know who wrote about the interesting kids' club there, but there was always silence in the kids' club. No toys, nothing. In Papillon there was a lego room and a room with cartoons, and a room with PS, and they did crafts with me, they played board games. There is constant silence.
True, they put on good shows in the evening.
6. Again, on the topic of the number of people - in the evening, some kind of tin happens on the playground and on trampolines. It's a must see, a madhouse. And some big guys push and shove the kids, and no one really looks. Therefore, we followed the child right on the heels so that they wouldn't kill each other there.
7. There was not enough furniture in the room, at least a table in every room. The closets were only in the hallway. Things either hung there, or we put them on the only (!) chair.
In general, the hotel is nothing, but we will not return.

I was satisfied with the hotel , everything is very tasty , fresh food , no comments . We ate a lot in 9 days . My son especially liked the kids' club. He went to it at 10 a.m. and returned at 11 p.m. There he had lunch, dinner and slept in a quiet hour ! There is an awesome bathroom in the room, they arranged a foam disco!!!!
