It has been exactly three months since I bought a subscription to the 24-hour gym Gym24. There have been ups and downs in these 90 days. The most painful thing for me is the diet that I have to follow, and I'm such an eater. I like to eat when I want and what I want, but unfortunately I had to choose one thing. Besides, it was very difficult to force myself to come to the gym for the first time. The thought settled in my head that they would look at me askance, point and laugh. That's why after buying the subscription, it was frozen for a week - that's exactly how much time I needed to gather my thoughts and decide on this step. Fortunately, I didn't regret it. I saw the result of the training a month later. Unfortunately, my emotions were indescribable. I was moving towards my goal faster than expected. In a month, I gained 4 kilograms (believe me, with my physique, this is a lot), the body began to change for the better. By the third month, the result was seen by the people around me. Will I continue to work out and change the gym? - you may ask. Yes, but the place will remain the same, In subsequent posts, I will describe all the pros and cons that I have identified in three months.
Positive:
- Location. The gym is located in the center of Minsk. I can even get there on foot. There is a metro station nearby, bus stops, and for those who are driving there is a parking lot where there is always a place for your swallow.
- The staff. Before buying a subscription, I read a hundred reviews, then I came personally for a tour of the hall. I was warmly welcomed, the administrators and the coaches were very polite and courteous. I received correct answers to all the available questions.
- The price. I will not focus on this point, because everything is clear enough. A subscription from 29 rubles per month to such a gym is very cheap. But I can also refer this point to the disadvantages of the hall, below it will be described why.
- The visual component. I would like to say a huge thank you to the designer and designer of this hall for the "delicious" design and the beautiful view from the window that opens from the treadmills. Everything is clear here, 10 out of 10.
- Exercise equipment. I can safely say that the gym equipment in the gym is one of the best and most reliable. The hall has everything you need. I am sure that everyone will be able to find their favorite simulator.
- Security. You can only enter the gym by scanning your fingerprint, which means that no one will be able to use your subscription. Cameras are installed throughout the hall, which will ensure your complete safety. Locks are installed on lockers in locker rooms, so no one but you will open it, unless a person has huge pliers with them :)
Minuses:
- Negligence. I often found this situation: a person is engaged with his bottle of water, and then just leaves it near the gym or near the mirror, although there are a sufficient number of urns in the hall. Or, in locker rooms, they often leave their trash or underwear on or inside lockers. Many people do not wipe their exercise equipment after themselves, although it is not so difficult to take disposable napkins and wipe them. There are enough such people.
- The price. I can attribute this disadvantage to the point above. Due to such a low price, a lot of people go to the gym. I have often met those who behave as they please. In my opinion, if prices had been higher, such a contingent could have been avoided.
