We've been fixing the laptop for more than three months.
They said that the processor was damaged and a new one was needed. The evidence that the processor was damaged was not provided, after the repair they refused to give my old processor. "Did you take him for yourself?.
They ignore the messages. They delete previous messages in tg, in which they promised to do everything in a few days / week.
I was able to return the laptop only after submitting an application for them to the Ministry of Consumer Rights.
I do not recommend this service.

I really do not recommend it. the scammers are complete. we broke the headphone input in the laptop, I still can't fix it. There were also 1000 joints.
