Old, not clean enough and no proper service

We stayed at the hotel on October 10-11 on the way to Dilijan. A very pleasant and picturesque area, many locations for beautiful photos.
BUT, the rooms in the hotel require renovation, the interior is very tired, there is old furniture, the closet in the room did not close, the door was broken, the pillows were very thin, the sleep was not the best because of this. The bathroom needs to be cleaned more carefully, someone else's hair came across on the floor. All bathroom accessories and slippers were available.
We were happy to visit the pool in the evening, the water was warm and we splashed only with our company, unfortunately the sauna was closed, it was disappointing. In the morning, the pool starts working from 10 a.m., it is not very convenient, it would be good to start working before breakfast, since breakfast is also from 10 a.m. The breakfast is decent enough, you can have a good snack.
The hotel grounds were well cleaned in the morning, the staff are very polite and pleasant.

09.09.2024 in the process of traveling by car towards Lake Sevan, we decided to stay at this restaurant, as it outwardly gave the impression of a decent place. In fact, nothing decent (except for an eggplant salad, supposedly branded) was offered. Lamb kebab is like an old ram, dry and over-cooked. The potatoes were hard, and it was difficult to chew them. But the quintessence, concluding our visit, was the openly spoken demand for the need to pay for "tea" to the waitress. Traveling around the world for many years, I encountered this attitude for the first time. I highly do not recommend this restaurant to visit (I can't say anything about the hotel). Fat diz.
