Old, not clean enough and no proper service

We stayed at the hotel on October 10-11 on the way to Dilijan. A very pleasant and picturesque area, many locations for beautiful photos.
BUT, the rooms in the hotel require renovation, the interior is very tired, there is old furniture, the closet in the room did not close, the door was broken, the pillows were very thin, the sleep was not the best because of this. The bathroom needs to be cleaned more carefully, someone else's hair came across on the floor. All bathroom accessories and slippers were available.
We were happy to visit the pool in the evening, the water was warm and we splashed only with our company, unfortunately the sauna was closed, it was disappointing. In the morning, the pool starts working from 10 a.m., it is not very convenient, it would be good to start working before breakfast, since breakfast is also from 10 a.m. The breakfast is decent enough, you can have a good snack.
The hotel grounds were well cleaned in the morning, the staff are very polite and pleasant.

09.09.2024 in the process of traveling by car towards Lake Sevan, we decided to stay at this restaurant, as it outwardly gave the impression of a decent place. In fact, nothing decent (except for an eggplant salad, supposedly branded) was offered. Lamb kebab is like an old ram, dry and over-cooked. The potatoes were hard, and it was difficult to chew them. But the quintessence, concluding our visit, was the openly spoken demand for the need to pay for "tea" to the waitress. Traveling around the world for many years, I encountered this attitude for the first time. I highly do not recommend this restaurant to visit (I can't say anything about the hotel). Fat diz.

Things from the room, watches and jewelry were missing - they were never returned, although they said they were found initially, then their cameras failed, then the director got sick, then there is no person who can turn on the cameras, and so on.
no one from the management even showed up to talk and figure out where things were missing.
The director was busy all the time, and the manager allegedly quit.

The hotel does not match its price. It can be seen that 10-20 years ago it was a very good place, but in recent years they have been saving a lot and this affects almost everything.
Judging by the reviews on the booking, many are faced with the stench of sewage in the rooms. We also faced this problem. Moreover, it was not a light smell, but a palpable stench. It was possible to sleep only if you wake up from time to time and open the windows to ventilate the room.
There is practically no heating in the pool (we were in the second half of October). All the steam rooms were turned off, so I had to warm up under the shower.
They do not show photos of the rooms at the booking, and this is also not accidental. In places, the interior is quite shabby.

Замечательное место! Вежливый персонал, тишина в номерах, красивые виды и чистый воздух. Завтрак в ресторане разнообразный и вкусный, отличный бассейн и сауна, есть настольный теннис и тренажёры.
Сауну бронировать нужно за 2 часа, т.к. медленно нагревается. В остальном всё шикарно!

The price does not match the quality.We didn't have proper hot water, it was dirty in the shower stall.But the place is cool, the air is clean.And the food is not very good.

Снимаю звезды по причине:
Ехали с озера Сиваш, искали место пообедать, попробовать что-то национальное. С этим местом этого не получилось. Видимо потому что это больше отель с питанием. А нам пришлось долго ждать, по еде точно 3 звезды с натяжкой. Отдельное спасибо официанту, не запомнила как зовут. Мальчик только учит русский, но так старается, было очень приятно. Хотя мог и не обслуживать наш стол, потому что там достаточно персонала русскоговорящего.
