Everything is fine. I paid 27 rubles for a haircut once. Another time I gave 30 rubles (25 for a haircut + 5 rubles for washing my hair). Although my head was washed before going to the hairdresser that morning. I probably won't go a third time. But they cut it normally, as you ask.

They cut their hair as they want , but they don 't hear the client .
If you are not sure of your ability to cut hair, it is better to refuse. Before cutting my son's hair, I criticized the haircut, which I consider unacceptable, and cut it the way I wanted to.

Coming to Ostrovets from Moscow, I often visit this hairdressing salon. Master Oksana is an excellent specialist in appearance, selects a haircut and coloring. The haircut is done efficiently in time , not for a long time and not expensive .I recommend it to everyone
