The optics are tiny, but the staff is wonderful. The receptionist is a nice girl who helped a lot with the selection of the frames and answered all the questions. The ophthalmologist quickly picked up Dad's glasses, so I decided to double-check my eyesight (I wear lenses). It turned out that one eye was very "sagging". I was examined very professionally, and they even explained the reason for my visual impairment (which no one had ever told me about in 15 years with poor eyesight). They picked up the right lenses and recommended surgery in the future so that vision would not fall further (and not just thoughtlessly sniffed lenses with the words "come again", as in other opticians). I write these words of gratitude with "new" eyes. Before the operation, the Oca confirmed the words of the ophthalmologist from optics. Dad's glasses were made not in a week, but in a week and a half, but it was not critical for us. Our whole family was satisfied with the visit to the optics. I will definitely recommend it to my friends.

Vision check- everything seems to be standard, without nuances, I signed up, I received an SMS reminder before the visit, everything is fine. Reception : I arrived on time, there is an announcement on the door about a technical break))) That is, the girls, knowing about the recording, decided to go for a smoke break, well, it happens)) A couple of minutes delay and the store is still open!) We checked my eyesight, wrote out a prescription, now the main thing) First, they write action on all the pillars! Do you think I was told when visiting this institution that it was possible to minimize costs? Of course not, and when choosing lenses, only 1 option was offered, although in two versions (warehouse and individual, of course more expensive), but of course this Trivex option is apparently one of the most expensive conventional lenses. Moreover, it was not said at all that there are other options, maybe they really only have one type of lens?) Well okay. The frame is selected, the order is made and paid for! What could possibly go wrong? Deadlines, it remains to screw up the deadlines, which was successfully done. When ordering the glasses, the production time of the glasses was announced to be 5-7 days. The lens is a warehouse lens))) When the glasses arrive, we will call you. Well, that's great! But not quite. It's been 5 days, 7 days, 7 business days, and silence. Well, I'm not proud, on the 15th day after ordering, I decided to drive up to the store with the question: Where? Naturally, there is no answer) after 3 hours, they really called back, they said they would probably be there tomorrow. They didn't lie here) Total of 25.01 orders, 11.02 points received. It is surprising that throughout the entire period there was not a single call about postponement, difficulties with manufacturing, and of course there were no apologies for the delay either, because the seller is not responsible for the shoals of other departments, but he seems to be the face of the company, or is it not so? You can draw conclusions, but I personally will definitely not advise this)

New optics at this address. Very convenient location. I used to turn to Rokossovsky. I have quite "complicated eyes". Myopia with astigmatism. I made an appointment with a doctor for the selection of glasses and lenses via the Internet in advance (which is very convenient). The doctor tried very hard, took a long time to select the lenses so that everything was perfect. You can pick up lenses for glasses according to your pocket. My non-ordinary lenses cost 260 bel.rub. Frames are also a good choice. And promotions are often held (I follow on Instagram). I used to order glasses in different opticians, but I liked it here of all. Good value for money. Recommend.

I went to the optician to repair the frame. My problem was solved, but then I noticed dots from micro-welding on the lenses. I told the girl, she said: you say that before that there was "wear and small scratches." And these dots, they don't look like scratches at all. In general, unfortunately, I didn't have a photo to prove anything, so if anything, I recommend photographing everything.

Disgusting place. If you don't value your time, be sure to "come" here. Glasses were purchased in this optics. A week and a half later, defects were found on the frame (frame distortion, scratch). During this period, I wore glasses 4 times. After what I saw, I immediately turned to the optician, where they told me that they would be looking for the same frame. The frame was "searched" for three weeks, each time they promised to call back, as a result, they were fed breakfast. I had to call myself several times. Three weeks later, it was decided to visit this optics again. As a result, no one found the frame and this time they accused me. Allegedly, initially it was necessary to look at the quality of the frame, and since the glasses are worn, these defects appeared as a result of careless attitude. Indeed, after 15 years of wearing glasses, I still don't know how to handle them. I had to wait three weeks for such an answer

I was "lucky" to be on the list of clients of this institution... I ordered the simplest frame "for every day", which turned out to have a slight defect. I asked the staff to pay attention to this defect and fix it when installing lenses, but a week later (upon receipt of the order) it turned out that no one responded to my request. As a result, they promised to fix the defect in another week. After a week, they sent glasses with a "fixed" defect. They eliminated it so carelessly that it would be a shame to wear glasses not only on the street, but also at home. As a result, they promised again to find the same frame in another store and transfer the lenses to it, but the deadline was given again a WEEK. As a result, it turned out that there was no such frame and they could return the money. We agreed on a certain day that I would stop by, write a statement and take the money. However, on the agreed day, I received a call and was warned that I would not be able to make a refund at this address because they had a collection and I needed to go to Rokossovsky 145 and only make a refund there... I had to go there (by the way, it's in a completely different direction from where I live) and return the money. By the way, the money was returned in full, but there was not even an elementary apology in my direction... As a result of the "cooperation" with this network, I lost almost a month of time, gasoline and nerves. I hope that it is only me who is so "lucky", but I will never advise this network to anyone.
