The employees of the department show open hostility to clients with Russian citizenship. The bank's policy provides for the possibility of servicing Russians, issuing them bank cards without exceptions and special documents. However, in this department, when establishing citizenship, employees immediately switch to the Kazakh language, pretend that they do not understand, are rude, roll their eyes, refuse to consult with an excuse: "I do not know, come tomorrow."
In my case, in addition to all the above, when I went to the terminal for a coupon and indicated that I had come for a card (already ready!!), the consultant began to clarify whether I had an employment contract, although when applying for a card in another department, I did not need any documents other than the IIN and the passport (and this is official information) Conclusion: employees are required to "weed out" potential Russian clients, and this behavior is not clear to me personally, since they act outside the bank's policy and are engaged in arbitrariness and amateur activity. A terrible attitude that shouldn't exist in modern society.
