I was at a bank branch in Kazakhfilm today. I arrived on a scooter. The guard raised his voice on the move. Get the scooter out of here and onto the street. I told him that one had already been stolen. Maybe I answered him with a tone too, but that's because he raised his voice at me. I asked him to talk normally.to which he, seeing that I was Russian, started talking to me in Kazakh. Please take action.

From the beginning, the long registration of the card in the application made it seem that the bank is not particularly customer-oriented. But when it was set up, everything began to work well.
