- The waiters do not know how to work at all - the guests' glasses are empty, you need to constantly look for waiters to pour drinks. They are not near their tables, as if they are hiding from the guests. They didn't drink tea properly, because the waiter just disappeared, pouring everyone one bowl. I had to look for it again and ask for a refill. As a result, they took the bottles themselves and poured themselves water. I think this is the most important disadvantage, because the waiters are the face of the restaurant and the mood of the guests depends on them in many ways.
- The chairs are old, the upholstery from kozjam on some chairs was torn and it was simply taped up. Moreover, for a very long time and more than one person has already sat, rubbing this scotch to the black edges.
- The plates were broken. Is this even considered acceptable? I noticed on one table, asked to replace it, then, when I sat down at my desk, I found a broken plate, too, so I'm sure that there were not two broken plates on 10 tables, but much more.
- The doors do not close in toilet stalls, you have to "do your business" by holding the door with one hand.
- The mirror in the toilet is dirty
- The hall is on the second floor, it is difficult for elderly guests to go up and down.
- Parking is inconvenient, full of bumps, not paved.
In a word, I didn't like it.
