We have repeatedly brought the car to this place and repeatedly encountered some problems and questions: the refrigerant will be drained (without consulting the owner), the trunk will not be vacuumed, but they charge the full price, and today they scratched the steering wheel in a place where it cannot be touched with rings or watches.
They didn't want to hear our proofs and explanations, but they agreed that the scratch was fresh.

I stopped by to wash my car today.
It was necessary to vacuum, do a wet cleaning and wash the outside. It was done in 20 minutes.
It's dark in the box, I didn't pay attention, got in and drove. As I got out of the car in the light, I was pretty shocked. It feels like it's not a vacuum cleaner or at all!!! The rear mats are not washed, the doors are not wiped.
It's terrible!

I sewed EVO mats. Honestly, if BEFORE ordering here, I would have had an idea how HIGH-QUALITY mats should look, I would never have ordered. But everything is learned in comparison.
Firstly, the front mats do not protect the sides of the cabin, the horizontal part of the mat in the area of the seats without rounding, that is, the seat pedestal is not in any way closed from accidental footsteps by boots.
Secondly, the fasteners. Only the driver has them, and that one has simply come off. The rest of the mats dance after the passengers' feet and the inertia of the car. At the same time, I clarified when sewing why they only put a mount for the driver, they answered "that's how they do everything" - it sounded convincing, especially in the absence of experience.

We wanted to change a set of tires for the winter. The nearest tire shop turned out to be this one. I won't show up here with a single wheel anymore and I don't advise anyone. Tire fitting in 4 hands took more than an hour. As a result: the paintwork of the disc was damaged in several places, 3 caps on the nuts were completely killed, they were simply thrown away without saying anything, the rest simply disfigured everything. This is despite the fact that these discs were installed a couple of weeks ago at a tire repair shop and there were no questions. The tires probably rolled with their eyes closed, since all the tires had a pressure from 1.9 to 2.3.
The only plus is the price, but it is allegedly impossible to pay with a card, only cash and of course no check.

As a result, at 14:46 I was told that for another 10 minutes the disk will roll out from this car, then we will change it and then you. As a result, he left, left a friend there in the second car (recorded 2 cars). 15:05 he didn't even drive in, and that car was still standing. Then why was it on the phone to tell them to arrive by 14:30? The last time we came to them. I do not recommend it.
