The place does not have a super modern interior and menu design, but it will do. The girl who serves my husband and me is quite pleasant. As for the food, it was not very tasty, the sauce pan was brought dirty in drops, and inside there was dried soy sauce, the chicken steak was tender, but inside tasteless, sushi more or less. But the situation was more outraged by the fact that they brought me udon with seafood, seafood like a cat cried, and the dish itself was over-salted. I called the waiter to report this, she left to discuss what to do with the receptionist. As a result, they returned to me with the dish and said that it was not salted, it was cooked with soy, and the dish itself was like that. I've cooked it myself and tried it in various places and it shouldn't be so salty. As a result, I was not offered anything and the dishes were not removed from the receipt, although I did not even eat it and asked to take it.

In general, it is a good institution, but there are a number of disadvantages. Previously, prices were the most affordable among competitors, but last time they increased significantly and no longer justify the quality of the dishes. The portions are small and the quality is questionable. The waiting time in the kitchen is huge, on weekends it can last up to 3 hours. The queue for the toilet is always long, as only 1 of the 3 cabins has been working for more than a year. Previously, the institution was really the best in the city in terms of accessibility and quality, but now it is unpleasant to visit.

This institution has been repeatedly, consistently attentive service, even I would say caring. Dirty dishes are cleaned immediately. They come up, ask if everything is comfortable, if anything is needed. Somehow there was no coffee, which I usually take — the waitress asked me what exactly I like in coffee, recommended her own version, they cooked very tasty. The pizza is just great. One day we arrived in the city late, in fact, the kitchen was already closed. Anyway, they fed me what was ready, and after removing the cash register for cash, they made more tea. Handsome, in short. If it weren't for them, we'd be sleeping hungry. Smoking and non-smoking halls are well separated, the smell and smoke are not felt if you are sitting in a non-smoking area. I recommend this place. A big plus compared to the neighbors is the basement. Anyone who has been in Donetsk for a long time will understand.

We ordered a set of Ume, undercooked rice, diluted soy sauce, ginger was dry, plus in the morning the whole family had to take activated charcoal and Enterosgel. I do not recommend buying sushi in this establishment, I recommend that the sanitary station check compliance with sanitary standards in the cafe!!!

After 10 minutes of calling and waiting for the waiter, no one paid attention to the empty table. We were able to catch a hookah man, he made our evening, the hookah was exactly what we ordered and very tasty, 15 mints were made, which is acceptable, given the large nozzle. The waiter was able to catch after 20 minutes of staying in the institution, our desire to just get the menu was answered that the kitchen and the bar no longer accept orders, the question is whether even the bar does not lie to give the order an hour and twenty before closing, the answer was "go to the bar and see what's going on there" (during the evening this waiter took additional orders from neighboring tables and took them out +- on time of issue), stayed in the institution only because an order for a hookah had already been made, when the hookah was brought, our indignation was expressed by the waiter and the work of the bar, to which the hookah asked what we would like to order, and said that he would try to fix this situation ( it saved the evening), 20 minutes later the ordered coke and cocktail were brought to us. As a result, hookahs are delicious, the hookah man is just a smart guy who knows how to save the evening and the impression, the waiter is also good, but in something else, definitely not in full of his direct functions and duties. 4 stars only because of the hookah maker, his professionalism and hookah
