Outside, a sign says that they work from 11:00.
They are closed at 13:00, and this is not the first time.
The owner did not bother to write the name of his establishment normally, leave contacts and add a work schedule on the maps.
Upd.: I have added the schedule and the normal name now, and not the owner who came to his senses.
Yesterday, passing by, I noticed that they closed at least an hour ahead of schedule.

It is located on the 2nd floor. It is difficult to find, there is no name in a clear language in Yandex maps.
The range of dishes and drinks is very large. There is one thing, BUT the stop list is large. Service within a comfortable framework.
