Terrible service! You wait for hours for one employee to let visitors through for their own pleasure ! They also have poor knowledge of sending goods to another country . The rest of the staff are walking around, and the answer is why another employee doesn't help, so that there won't be a crowd, they're rude, like they're not operators. And when it's lunch time, they leave the visitors at the window, and they themselves go to lunch, and that non-operator continues to work, detaining people. As a result, I stood there for three hours until they let me through.
