I wanted to remove the hygroma. I found it on the recommendation of the surgeon: he writes on his Instagram that he removes hygromas, this service is also available on the center's website. I signed up. On the eve of the reception, I asked the administrator by phone if it was possible to carry out my procedure at the first appointment - they replied that it was at the discretion of the surgeon.
Bottom line: I got up early in the morning, drove across the city to find out that the hygromas in this center are no longer being removed. Thank you, at least you didn't take any money for the reception.
Update the information on the site and train administrators, do not mislead people.

I signed up for this center with a "wonderful" specialist, I will not write my last name here, but there is such a famous tennis player, a certain Marat S., with a single-shift surname, few people do not know him.
In response to clarifying questions about MY health and the current consultation for MY own money, the doctor was dissatisfied, if you misunderstood something, it is better not to ask again, answer only yes or no. With this approach and customer orientation, this specialist can only be accepted in the regional polyclinic, because I consider this format of patient admission unacceptable for a decent medical center.
Three stars only for the friendly reception staff and the room. It is a pity to put even zero for the quality of the consultation and the manner of the doctor's behavior.

I was told that the doctor has all appointments scheduled closer to 17-00, they say I am the only one at an inconvenient time (a question for the medical center on scheduling!). I rescheduled the appointment for 14-00, to which I was told to come. And so the next day at 13-55 I step on the threshold of the medical center, change my clothes. I receive an SMS that my appointment has been canceled and the administrator, without any words of apology, informs me that the doctor is delayed for at least 40 minutes. And there you need to take food with you and take into account that you are booked for two times. I think this is important information, because on weekdays people work, take time off, and do not take a full day off for ultrasound.
Also, I was not given a picture, but it was indicated on the website that it would be given with a conclusion. It seems like a small thing, but my attending physician had questions about the results and he wanted to see what happened there. I had to redo the ultrasound.
