It's a very good laboratory. I've been using it for years, I started when it was located next to the stadium. The staff is polite. The service is good, and people are treated sensitively. The results were always given on the same day, even on Saturday (shortened day). It is important that there are drinks and some presents after taking the sample. I had the Androflor procedure done very painfully and I don't give a fuck, so much so that I still can't even go to the toilet - half a day has passed, and if I try, I can't walk for 5 minutes. The procedure itself passes very quickly before you can count to 5. I recommend it to those who are afraid of blood collection through a vein. Everything is very fast and painless, like a mosquito bite. The equipment is at a height. The cost is justified. The atmosphere is very pleasant. Everything is simple, accessible and quickly processed. It feels like you are being taken care of as a client. After blood sampling, any coffee drink or tea + nutritious fruit puree is free of charge) You can say I drank coffee early in the morning with benefit for myself! Biochemistry - there are no results for more than 24 hours, they write in the office that the results are being processed, and the rest of the results (hormones t3, t4, tsh) were told to wait 10 days. I called and was told to wait. In other centers, the same tests came in the evening of the same day. At 7 a.m., they took blood, fed baby food, gave coffee, everything was free, except for tests. But some of them are much cheaper than competitors. In 2014, on Gintovt, I stood in the cold on the street in the winter in line for a skinny, and swore that I was no longer naked in Sinevo. Now, they just didn't put on shoe covers, you need to do it yourself, but any whim, just pay. And yes, online ordering is 5% cheaper, and all the results (even those for 2014) are stored in your personal account

Doctors and nurses are as tactful and accurate as possible, even the most unpleasant tests are always taken away almost painlessly, they talk about their every action, and after a blood test they give snacks. There are rarely queues, all tests are on time and most often ahead of schedule.

The cost of a blood test is the same as in the state endocrinological dispensary located nearby, but they do not take all the indicators there, but in Sinevo anything, for the same price, and when ordering online on their own on the site, there is also a minus 5% discount. And there are also small pleasant bonuses-free coffee from the vending machine (coupon) and packages of children's fruit puree. Will I go another time to donate blood for a fee to the state? No. And blood tests for my 8 indicators were ready on the same day, and in a free clinic they do these for 4 weeks.. .

There were no queues a couple of years ago. It was always polite and cultured. When I decided in 2022 to call and find out the prices for tests for my 16-year-old daughter, the waiting time for a response was 25 minutes!!! Finally, the girl answered and, without having time to listen to the question, hung up the phone!!! How is that even possible?! It's impossible to get through again! Is it really impossible to hire more operators?!? How is it? What is the attitude towards customers?!? Of course, I will not apply here anymore.

My acquaintance with this medical laboratory ended up being a useless waste of time and money for me. On Friday, 02/04/2022, I went to take PCR, because I felt bad the day before. They took the tests and promised that the results would be sent by e-mail the next day no later than 6 p.m. As a result, nothing came, and no one contacted me. When on Monday, 02/07/2022, I began to call them myself, they finally explained to me that for some reason my sample had gone bad, and they could not analyze it. They offered to go to them to retake the sample, or return the money. I chose a refund. But when I came to the Sinevo laboratory on Cosmonauts 6, the laboratory assistant said that she was not warned that I had chosen a refund, but was told that I would come for a second analysis. As a result, I was persuaded for a long time and persistently to repeat PCR. But what the hell did he give up to me 5 days after the onset of the disease!!! As a result, we started the refund procedure, which took (ATTENTION!) 30 minutes! I wrote an application, checked the data with my passport twice, and called the center to clarify something. For some reason, they forced me to write "the client's refusal of the service" as the reason for the refund (they say they only have such a form). And as a result, they returned to me not 68 rubles, which I paid for PCR initially, but only 61 rubles!!! We left 7 rubles for an unproven service "for tea". In general, based on my experience, I do not recommend dealing with this dubious office.

A separate approach for each client, including for children: they handed over with a child - they gave him a balloon, treated him with a pastille and a beautiful adhesive plaster was pasted on the place of blood sampling. Prices are average among laboratories. The readiness of the analyses on time. They recommend it!!!

My reaction is indescribable!!!!!how can I live until morning without a heart attack?! For me, this procedure is very difficult and if necessary, repeat it.....It's a lot of stress for me..
