I really liked the laboratory! 1) Convenient location 2) the cost of the tests was announced on the phone without taking into account the discount, a very pleasant surprise when visiting to get a discount on the delivery of tests to a child. 3) The production time is fast. Literally before lunch, we already had ready-made general tests 4) we tried to calm the child as much as possible when he was crying, very reverent and gentle treatment of young children. 5) this laboratory is recommended by many doctors, because there is good equipment and, accordingly, always truthful results. 6) the ball and applesauce are a nice bonus after passing the tests Wish: please add the tests (I don't want to go to the Invitro because of them): 1) eisinophilic cationic protein 2) CEC(large, small, medium) 3) amino acids in the blood - I would like to increase the number of indicators from 32 to 48 As it is, everything is fine. We will be happy to come back again!

To the left of the window with dark hair in a braid or tail, a dark blonde young lady is not friendly with glued doll eyelashes and pouting lips, she did not like it right away and there was a reason for that! I told her that I still had a 5% discount on my hands, submitted a referral with the necessary tests and clarified what the total discount would be, the answer .... discount after viewing the tests. She silently took the direction and asked for a discount coupon, also silently.. She immediately announced the amount to be paid by bank transfer, hurried the payment and gave them a referral for tests, immediately switched to others.the patient, although there were only 1-2 people with 2 working employees! After paying, I figured it out and it turned out that there was NO 5% DISCOUNT, returned and clarified how so? With her nose in the air, she gave out with a grin that there was no discount on my entire list, only for 1 position, you get 1p.30k! Then, I was outraged, why did she SILENTLY TAKE THE COUPON AND MAKE THE PAYMENT WITHOUT INFORMING ME!? I would have used the coupon in another case! There is no desire to go there anymore.I used to live on Victory Square and there were no such shots there! ! Change the employee, Helix!

I visit Sinevo periodically. A young man greets everyone in the hall, tells them everything, helps them, offers a balloon to the children. If you are in the database and know what kind of analysis you want to do, the registration is very fast. Blood is taken quickly and very professionally, after an hour there is no trace left on the hand!! They gave out delicious mashed potatoes and a coffee coupon! I recommend it!

It's great that there is an elevator and I was sure that it was working, because more than once I saw an employee of Sinevo, now Helix, with a container going up on this elevator. Today I decided to go up with a stroller. The child needs to be tested. What was my surprise when I discovered that the elevator was not working. Okay, I'm calling, "I do not know how to help you." Seriously? I'm not turning on #yajmat right now, the question is, how do people with disabilities get to you? Nothing? Great! Any institution now has a staff call button or a phone number, they say, if you can't log in on your own, call, they will help you. Jokingly, they helped me in belpost, in oz, in a small shop in the area. Do you have a laboratory, a near-medical facility and respond to a request for help with "I do not know how to help you" and "we do not have employees"? Seriously? I asked him to come down and get a test tube in a bag. The order is placed and paid in advance. "we don't have any employees." How do you work?

I called the call center and asked about the analysis for bilirubin for the cub for two months. I called twice and asked if they could do it. He explained that in the hospital they took it from a vein on the head. I asked to give a direct number on the Grushevka branch. I was answered in the affirmative twice, that they do from 0+ months and there will be no problems. I brought a cub, and they tell me that we don't take it from the head, only on the arm and most likely they won't find a vein. And so it turned out - the child was, to put it mildly, very upset. The vein on the arm was not found - the analysis was not done, time was spent. There are no questions for the employees of this branch - they are well done. But in the call center, people do not own information. I was very upset ((( There is no desire to address them yet

02.03 we went to take tests for a 2-year-old child, from a vein. One worker was holding his hand, the other was making a fence. The child has bruises on two hands after passing tests, the employee asked the second if blood was flowing into the test tube, he did not see what and how it was possible, is such incompetence acceptable, especially when taking blood from children!?

Actually, one star is only for the location for me personally, and for a nice girl who takes tests. Out of the unpleasant. 1) From the moment she came and took the blood, she sat for an hour... A private laboratory! Longer than in the state. 2) Every time I come to them, they charge me a ruble for some kind of registration. I called the call center 2 times, hung for 2-3 minutes, but no one picked it up, I wanted to ask why I pay this ruble every time... 3) Probably everyone knows that a general blood test is taken from a finger, I was counted from a vein, and nothing was said. And I came to everything in a sweater with narrow sleeves, I had to completely undress to take blood. It's unpleasant. All this can be called a beautiful Russian word - "they got too much." We must not forget that your income is primarily the people you serve.

It was necessary to do a TSH analysis, according to pregnancy. I went to this center when they started taking blood, it was very painful (although I am calm about blood collection) I wanted to pull out the needle from the pain. To which the employee said that it was just a big needle. By the time I got home, my whole arm was covered in blood, after literally by lunch, my arm swelled and hurt, the vein was all swollen. I've been suffering all weekend. A healthy almost black bruise, the whole vein still hurts!!! I don't know how, BUT I won't go there anymore, and I certainly won't advise my friends!
