The staff is quite competent, polite and responsible.
At the reception, the medical coordinators inform you in sufficient detail and well.
The laboratory assistants in the treatment room are sensitive and very attentive, it feels very much like they are trying to maintain a comfortable atmosphere)))
I was pleased that after paying for the tests at the reception and after the procedure itself, they gave me a free coffee coupon, and in the office after the procedure they gave me a delicious apple bar. 😍
Even though it's small things, it was so nice. ☺️
At that moment, I felt like a little girl who had passed tests and went through unpleasant sensations.
And then they just gave her a treat. 😅😊

A well-organized recording system, a personal account with the results and analysis of these results. Quickly and without comments. The staff is always polite and attentive. A coffee machine and bonus drinks for all customers are already the standard for all medical organizations and this is done at a high level here.

It's a great lab. Polite staff. Clean, fast and efficient) . The blood was taken very carefully and without bruises, but it's difficult to do this with my veins. I recommend you to visit!!! Thanks to the qualified staff.
